They were amazing! Our van started to overheat on the highway. Mercer was the closest and they…read morewere wonderful and friendly. Since it was late in the day, they couldn't get parts until the next day so they drove us to a local hotel near shopping, and restaurants within walking distance. The next day when our van was repaired, they delivered it to us at the hotel. Their prices were amazing as well. Would definitely recommend them.

Two instances. 1. AAA set up a tow for my son when he was…read morestranded. Leonard's was assigned, called and confirmed pickup of car. Never showed up. Had to make other arrangements to get him home. 2. Set up a tow for a different car that broke down and after waiting 6 hours for them to tow. There driver was incapable of finding address had to spend 5 minutes on the phone to get him there. 10 minutes later he left without my car saying he was unable to back his truck in the driveway to get it. Needless to say there have been several cars that can get up to the car. Incompetence at its finest!!!!
