Found a car wash in Grove City today. It is a Laser Car Wash. It is a simple concept. Wash, rinse, DRY. Yeahhhhh.......just keep driving and go home and wash it by hand or find another car wash. I paid 10 bucks to include the dry feature. First, as soon as it was "done", there is no where to pull over and detail your car. You are exited right onto a side street. I had to pull into the business opposite the wash to finish my car. It was NOT rinsed and I had terrible residue on my car. It was NOT dried. I had to dry the entire car. When I got home, I had to rewash all the windows as they had blue spotting all over them. Terrible. read more

I was on my way to Illinois from New Jersey when I had realized I had forgotten to get an Oil Change. In the early morning along the trip we were passing by the Valvoline in Grove City. We arrived about ten minutes before open when we were kindly greeted by Hunter Wade who just wanted to let me know their opening hours and to ease our minds that they would help us right after they open. At exactly 8:00am we were brought in and that is when Olivia Whitmer and Tim Mcfadden took charge, and we were out 15 minutes later. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Tim, Olivia, and Hunter were caring about my situation at hand. They knew I needed to get back on the road immediately and they did everything in their power to make that happen. Not to mention they were all super nice. If I am ever in the area again, I will not hesitate in stopping by again. read more

I have a 2013 Ford Explorer. I asked for a premium oil change. Was told I had to use full Synthetic oil or if something happened to my vehicle, it wouldn't be covered. I wasn't sure of what to do since I normally take it to the dealership and they do it. And my receipt from my previous oil change at McCandless said Premium oil. The guy said that the premium is the absolute last oil on the list to use on my vehicle and could cause problems. I wound up spending $104 on an oil change, he told me was $85. I would've spent $60 at the Ford dealership. Of course, I got had and I feel stupid for falling for that guys bull crap, just felt I needed to get it done before traveling this weekend. It's ridiculous, unprofessional and neither me or my husband will ever go there again. I also tried to use a coupon my husband received when he had his oil changed a week ago in his work truck. Was told that was a corporate coupon and they don't accept them. Funny since he got it from that location. So disappointed. I definitely don't recommend this place, especially for a woman. I'll stick to the dealership where they don't take advantage of me. read more

I've had good service here for oil changes. They also have a full car wash on site, which is in good working order. The property is very clean and the new management has improved things, which weren't necessarily bad before but he seems to be very community oriented. The only reason I've rated them 4 stars is because they neglected to put all the retaining clips in my skid plate one time I got my oil changed. read more

This place is amazing! First the fact that you sit in the car while they change the oil & its 20 mins- wonderful. But the friendly service makes it totally outstanding! Above & beyond what I've ever experienced in getting oil changed. These guys were clean, had great personalities & worked so well together! The icing on the cake... they accidentally kept my credit card which did require over 50 miles of driving extra out of my way BUT OMG without even telling them that they not only gave a free car wash but they completely refunded the oil change!!! The guy who did it took responsibility & apologized. & they genuinely were all as a team sorry for the inconvenience. Caleb who was the one in charge was so on top of all of it & continued to have such a good attitude with the rest of the team. Not only a good oil change but such a good reflection of a positive team oriented work environment! They all deserve bonuses or pay increase. I will definitely go again when I am in the area. I went there a while ago after the switched owners. The last time I went, the entire staff was new and seemed tense. I drive away and checked. My oil was not filled up and my engine check light came on. It turned out they had unplugged my mass air sensor. read more
