We came here on the spur of the moment. The mall was still open and the store was still open too according to their hours but, they had locked the doors because too many people were in the store. They had a lot of staff but they were in the backroom area instead of helping customers. The promotions were a bit confusing and sometimes, the staff didn't even understand them either. No signage regarding multi-purchase discounts. Only after making 3 separate purchases of 9 items and returned home (2 hour drive), I found out from website that there is a current promotion 15% off for 6+ item purchase There was no signs and salespersons did not indicate at all! Feel like I was taken advantage of.. and that certainly reduced my enjoyment of products purchased. Will no longer go in this store again. MISLEADING and DISTRUSTED!! read more

I love this spot!! They always have promotions and sales and they run out of items rather quickly. If you see something you need or want, grab it because it will be gone in no time! Staff is very helpful also. read more

I was at the store today and bought some bumble and bumble products and when I got home and opened one of the boxes I discovered that the product was half used, has a speck of something black in it and the box itself has hair inside..... it's disgusting. I can't believe I was sold this! Unfortunately I live too far away from Woodbury to dive back and make an exchange. Also to add insult to injury the old ladies that work here are pretty rude and careless in terms of how quickly they assist customers. I'm really upset and feel like I got gipped. I'm throwing this "new" purchase in the trash. I guess my advice to you would be to OPEN EVERYTHING YOU PLAN ON BUYING AND INSPECT IT TO MAKE SURE ITS BRAND NEW AND UNUSED. They use to carry many perfume and cologne sets. The selection has dwindled down to bare minimum. Each year seems they carry less and less cologne and perfume. In 90's and early 2000's was best kept secret in cosmetic industry. Now 2 stars is a gift. Staff seems friendly is why 2 stars. read more

Generally ok for most, though can be a tad pricey. I was basically dragged in here twice fairly recently, so I decided to type a review. I didn't purchase nor did I intend to purchase anything inside since I am a heterosexual male. Anyway, like most of the outlets in Woodbury Commons, the store is small but you can get around. The first time I went about 2 weeks ago, it was very crowded and due to customers feeling the need to tote their own luggage around in Woodbury Commons, it made maneuvering in here a little more aggravating than usual. The last time I was here a few days ago, it was an early rainy day which kept most of the crowd out of the entire complex, which is always preferred by me. They had the basics here for a cosmetic store. Again, I came in for my companion but was able to look around. Some of things I do know that are not made anymore are inside here, but are not "outlet-ish" priced which is a shame. Several of the items she looked at ranged in price, but most were a little more than they probably should be at an outlet. The staff were non-existent. There were only two of them, but they seemed to be in their own world - though in all fairness, this was in the first hour of opening so they were likely finishing their opening duties. I was greeted as I was leaving, so there's some promise I suppose. All in all ok, but the prices seemed a little high to me. I don't buy beauty or cosmetics, so I can't really comment past that there seemed to be a decent enough selection - both new and old. It's worth to at least take a look around. Located in the north eastern area of Woodbury Commons. I think next time I'll just wait outside. To all boyfriends/husbands that don't feel like accompanying their other halves inside here - there's plenty of benches outside in the vicinity. read more

So unbelievably rude and unhelpful! I went here yesterday with my mom and she asked one of the older miserable saleswoman if she sold a certain shade in MAC and the miserable women says " I don't know! you need to look for yourself what we have". I guess they don't want to make a sale with people like that working! read more

People who work here were so unprofessional- literally yelling at each other for wrong doings throughout the store setup. First off, you address an employee's mistake in private. Second are you that stupid to say it very very loud in front of a store FULL of customers? Would've spent money in there but I couldn't stay any longer. Very upsetting! read more

I have been in this store before and I never have had the salespersons be as condescending and cool as I experienced today with my daughter. I thought it was my imagination, but when I said something to my daughter she said they made us feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. I guess we didn't look good enough to shop in their store. My husband worked for Estee Lauder for 38 years retiring as the Facilities Engineering Manager in the Oakland, NJ plant a few years ago. I told him I will never enter that store again. read more
