I didn't feel rushed, stressed, and she understood my feeling, and was friendly. She wasn't the person, I talked to on the phone. I'm glad, because the lady on the phone felt like: it was a task/chore to answer my question, to her, she really shouldn't go from Bridal department to another department, to answer my question. I probably left there, if I didn't find something else, if I had to face her. Not deducting because of this. I'm just happy, that I got the fabric, the amount I needed, and the color I wanted! Jane gave me a special price, because it was the last yards from the bolt, it didn't have a price/label/tag, and I wasn't about to leave without that fabric. This store is clean, well lighted, and surprisingly well-stocked for such a small footprint. I was able to find several yards of beautiful jersey material that I can't wait to make some shirts from. There is plenty of street parking in front of the business, and on the side street as well. A few years later I'd worn it out again and Gary made it almost new again, but he told me was probably time to get a new machine so I decided they were right... I was giving the best deal ever On the Ellagio, but I've worn that one out too. and also got a BL serger...& a 6 needle/thread BL embroidery machine .... ive sewn a few hundred miles of stitches! so far it hasn't worn out. When I had a problem with one of the machines...no questions asked they replaced it immediately only to discover it was operator error my but they we're always kind and gracious. Unfortunately, the seat received water damage and an old cat had its way with the arm. Irene told me what woukd need to be repaired and helped me choose just the right fabric. The love seat needed new foam and a spring, which was made as close to the original as possible. I called for a quote late on a Friday, and Andres explained what they could do. Pedro messaged the following week and we accepted the proposal. They removed (cleaned up) all the pesky feathers and replaced with nice soft foam (on top of our original foam) and then rewrapped the new cushion assembly with dacron.
