Fair Game distills their own spirits, they have a great selection of beers and they are masters of the charcuterie game. The tasting room is a pleasant little spot with wifi and power which was great for me on my own. But it's a comfy spot if you're meeting up with friends, with tables inside and out. Plus you have access to the other places in The Plant including a Mexican place across the way that looks tremendous. I stayed in Fair Game, enjoying a local draft beer and then the lovely bartender Desiree mixed a Fair Game Collins for me. It's been a while so I went in today to give them another try. I arrived just after they opened and was told they'd have no baked goods or cinnamon rolls for 20+ minutes. The person working there (not the main owner) didn't seem to be bothered by the idea that a business that specializes in baked goods had no product on shelf at the time they opened.
