Once I had made my decision, they arrived when they said they would and their team of installer were knowledgeable, professional, expert roof installers. They left zero mess behind when they were done. I have two dogs and it was super important that there not be any nails or shingles for the dogs to pick up. They do not check for mold other than what can be seen with the eye, and they don`t know much about flat roofs. In the end we discovered the building was infested with mold and because of the contradictory report we were not covered with insurance nor could we sue the sellers. Basically the worst case scenario. Go with someone else.
