I've been suffering from chronic back pain for several months and my GP unhelpfully told me to 'stop doing things that hurt your back'. Noelene, on the other hand, has worked with me carefully to diagnose the exact problems, giving me exercises that are personalised for my specific problem. I had a spinal fusion for scoliosis at age 12 and was a bit anxious to find a physiotherapist who understood my physical condition (and wouldn't make it worse) and I've only had two appointments so far but already I'm noticing I have better posture and while I still experience pain, it's gotten better. I'm paying out of pocket which makes it quite expensive, but Noelene is not pressuring me to have more appointments with her than necessary, and I probably will only need to see her once more. The initial assessment/diagnosis appointment (45 mins) cost £70 and follow-up appointments (30 mins) cost £55.

She is very soft and handles the body with care making sure I was not in anymore pain than necessary. The staff I have come across have been friendly and helpful, and the surgery is easily accessible. Overall, I would give this place a thumbs up, which for an NHS joint is pretty impressive.
