He was very knowledgeable and I instantly knew I was in good hands. I had a few other plumbers come over to assess and none of them came close to being as thorough and realistic about the work that needed to be done. Several days later a few plumbers came out from Moody's plumbing and fixed the issue very quickly and efficiently. They gave me great advice on things that I could do around my home but did not try to sell me on things that I did not need. Kenny fixed my condo air handler heating/cooling unit, clearly knew his stuff,…read moregave lots of advice, made sure to do it right, fixing a filter that had gotten sucked into the unit, advice on the filter size. While also doing the service call for the heater pilot light so I would have hot water. Which was a modest price service call, while giving the pilot light instructions given if it happens again. What was very nice was that a service contract from a previous owner is still in effect and they do not force "x" visits a year. So the maintenance aspect was free, as will be my next one, and my decision when it should be done. They let me know this with a smile, the previous owners were long gone! Thanks! Good policies, and appreciated that you handled it with integrity. Steven
