They were wonderful! They were waiting when she came out on both trips and my daughter mentioned that the driver was very pleasent with her and she felt safe. I am so angry right now, I called chi mukwa taxi around 2pm to take me up to the Harvey's bus stop,…read moreI waited in front of my house for over 30 minutes waiting for that taxi before I gave up and had to ask my mother, who works nights and is asleep to take me. That isnt the issue though, when I called the dispatch to cancel the taxi the lady told me that a red taxi cab had been waiting for me near my house 20 minutes prior to when I called, I politely told her that wasn't true as I had been waiting outside and had not even seen a taxi go past my house in the past half hour, and she tells me with a rude tone that that is what the driver told her, and then said I called her a liar, which is not true, not once did I call her a liar, I told her what I had experienced, I then told her she can believe what she wants, but there was NO taxi near my house at any point. She then insinuates im lying, says whatever, and rudely hangs up with me. I am deeply upset and appalled by how that lady handled my situation, and the worst part, as I was pulling out of my house, I saw the red taxi she claimed had waited for me pulling in front of my house. I will NOT be giving my business to chi mukwa taxi service in the future and I suggest anyone else in the parry sound area do the same!
