I also love the graham cracker crust which gets so caramelized, crispy, and almost a little smoky. For gluten free friends out there, you can also get the cheesecakes without the crust. I'm so happy that they've now partnered with Darling which serves their gluten free cheesecake on their menu, but it's always worth signing up for one of the weekend drops to chat with Duly and his whole team.
