The vinegars are both in the dark and white. I like the white version especially on a nice green or fruit salad. Each bottle is labeled clearly along with small disposable cups for sampling. They have fruity, savory and herb flavors. They also carry dry rubs, dip mixes and gifts. I got 2 bottles of the white balsamic Lychee flavored balsamic vinegar. I bought one as a gift.
