This really a wonderful little shop in Frontier Town full of shaves that will dance all over your taste buds! I was first introduced wen living overseas and someone sent over some drawing for chicken. I fell in love at first bite! It is great for gifts with various items from sauces, to napkins with a comedic twist. For any popcorn lovers, I highly recommend the Phoenix White Cheddar Jalapeño. It really is a must visit when in the area and if you enjoy various flavors for food items.

Great selection of hot sauces, as well as a full array of sarcastic wine drinkers garb. Plus adult themed items, sauces and aprons. I found a few gifts here for my hard to please people. I also got me some Butt Pucker hot sauce. This is a small shop in the little village called Frontier Town. Its the hot spot for scorpion lollipops and red dirt shirts while you're in Cave Creek.

It's a cute little store located in Frontier Town. So many spices and Arizona goodies, not just spicy stuff.

Love that I was able to get my hot sauce on the plane coming home from Arizona yesterday. I wasn't sure if it would make it, but it was a pretty small bottle. We flew to Arizona for a relay race but had a day to play in town and we checked out Cave Creek. Being a lover of all things spicy, I had to see what kind of hot stuff this store had. I bought the hot sauce and some popcorn (also spicy) $11.68 total. Haven't tried either yet! Prices were okay for a boutiquey location like this. Sales lady was friendly too.

Fantastic rub for any grilling! Have used repeatedly on both chicken and pork. Enjoy our weekend trips to Cave Creek and always restocking Suzanne's Southwest Rub!

Cute little shop in a cute little town. I bought a bottle of her own hot sauce and love it. Good stuff!

As I entered the café, I saw a regular who hangs out there all the time. After I ordered, I joined him. I ordered a blueberry smoothie and a blueberry muffin. I do enjoy the taste of blueberries. Both orders were very good. Their homemade muffins have a strudel top. Yum! They also make a nice moist scone. Very relaxing to sit in there. They have regular tables and chairs or high tops. There is also a couch if you prefer that. Of course they have their outdoor seating and many people were doing that as well. Even for a Sunday it was fairly crowded. Free refills on their regular drinks. Shared parking lot.

The first time I stopped in for a glass of wine just to check it out -- they were about to close, but the staff was so kind and welcoming. I even saw a roadrunner on the patio, which honestly felt like the perfect Arizona welcome moment I went back yesterday after a 4-mile hike at Jewel of Cave Creek and had a turkey, avocado, and bacon sandwich with chips -- simple but absolutely delicious. Fresh, satisfying, and exactly what I needed after being out on the trails. Prices are very reasonable too. The vibe here is what makes it special. It's busy but relaxed, cozy but open, and you order at the counter which keeps everything easy and casual. They offer coffee, wine, pastries, sandwiches, salads, and more -- perfect for a quick bite or a chill afternoon. I especially love the setting surrounded by the little Cave Creek shops. It has such a peaceful, welcoming energy and is a great spot to sit outside, enjoy lunch, and soak in the Arizona sunshine. Whether you're hiking nearby or just exploring the area, this is a wonderful place to stop. I'll definitely be back

Albeit we're 'in season' here in AZ so prob. more crowded than usual, but service and food did not suffer because of it. Hubby had chile verde with beef rather than pork--loved it. Both our friend and I had the pollo fundito and it was excellent. LOTS of crema and that's a bonus! Had half to take home for tomorrow! Environment can be loud w/the large crowds, screaming kids chasing the ducks and turtles in the pond, but overall a beautiful, seemingly authentic Mexican feel. Can't wait to return!

I don't quite understand all the hype and glowing reviews unless I happened to visit on an off day…read more The setting is definitely the highlight--the view of the lake and ducks is beautiful, peaceful, and makes for a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming. The carnitas were very fatty and didn't resemble authentic carnitas at all. The rice and beans were mediocre, and the guacamole tasted old and more like something store-bought than freshly made. The shredded cheese mixed into the guacamole also felt odd and took away from any sense of authenticity. The only thing I really enjoyed was the lime. It may be worth trying if you're curious about the buzz, but based on my experience, I wouldn't return.
