Was sold a rotten apple on May 1 and have been chasing a refund ever since. Served it same day purchased, texted pictures to nasty Dave per his request. He did nothing and 18 days later told me I need Doug the owner. Spoke to Doug May 20 and he said he'd follow up on the refund and call me back. Crickets. I paid close to $11 for that crappy apple, it was a Thursday. Come to find out, it was made on Monday. I will sit outside the store until I get my money back. Horrible experience. read more

I stopped by yesterday with my kiddo and my mom, we wanted something sweet. My son got the white vanilla sorbet and he added some chocolates with sprinkles on it, chocolate rocks, and then gummy frogs. He loved it and finished it all. My mom and I got some truffles, I love their birthday cake truffles it's my favorite!!! I get it every time. Then also tried the milk chocolate raspberry cream truffle, it was good but I love my birthday cake truffles way more. My mom got the raspberry cream as well and the buckeye milk chocolate which has a peanut butter core then chocolate on the outside, she loved it! We also got a caramel milk chocolate apple. It was delicious!! We love coming here. The service was good, and it was clean inside. We sat inside to eat our goodies. They also gave my mom two complimentary chili cinnamon truffles to try, I believe they are promoting them as they are new! That was nice of them. This shop is located in the norterra shopping center and is connected with yogurtini so you can have ice cream or chocolate depending on your mood or both ;)! It is super yummy on both sides. We were in the happy valley town center for my wife's dental appointment and she decided to eat chocolate suddenly LOL. Went here and it was a sweet experience. This shop is connected to the yogurtini and even the bill shows the yogurtini as the shop name. Just in front of Harkins and so great location too. Very well welcomed by the staff, Great interiors, and nice decor. One of the best-looking shop full of chocolates all around. For Halloween, they had some funny decors too. Tons of varieties of sweetness. My wife took the marshmallow roll and macadamia white chocolate. With both, she was super happy. They have some great quality chocolates. My wife had to take time to go over all the options before deciding what to get and the staff came and offered help multiple times. Sweet staff and great varieties of things. They have good safety standard for COVID too. Highly recommended place. read more

High priced and very low quality. First time there, bought the chocolate peanut butter and snickers fudge. Both were granular and the snickers was NOT anything like a snickers the nuts in it were soft. Bought a box of mint chocolates as a gift and look at what was in the box! Dusty either very old out dated or previously frozen. By the taste, very old. The employees seemed almost embarrassed which got my suspicions up. We drove to this location in hopes to find the best thing on the menu at RMCF, Avalanche Bark! Sadly, this location was out, but then the associate named Donnie offered to make it while we waited! In shock, we agreed gratefully. During the wait, we witnessed a phone call where someone asked for a candy (not caramel) apple. Since the location was out at the moment, they informed the caller that it would be several minutes while they heated the cinnamon candy for the request. I was FLOORED with the willingness of all three staff members to go above and beyond for the service of their customers. Behind their masks, each team member had a smile; you could hear them. Some customers had children that were whining and being difficult, there were moments when I stepped out to wait because there were several people inside the store and I wanted to be respectful of social distancing, but these staff members never skipped a beat. They were pleasant, patient, and efficient the entire time. Although this location is much farther than we would normally drive for a treat, we will definitely be back! And we purchased enough snacks to keep our sweet teeth at bay for a while. read more

The young lady dressed as a unicorn and the polite young man dressed in a shiny red hat (it was Halloween) were so very helpful. They made sure everything was clean and ready to go. I am a huge fan of their chocolate, but this location in particular does not make things fresh. They sit for a week so depending on the day you come in you could be tricked to buy stale items. I've been caught with this before and after spending a good amount of money I'll get home with stale goodies. BE ADVISED: ask when things were made (not expired) before purchasing. When I was last in your store, the items I had inquired about had been made more than several days prior and the expiration date was not any day soon. read more

This is a fairly new location for Rocky Mountain. It is combined with Yogurtini. I usually get their caramel apples and they have all been fresh! Their employees are generally all nice. One employee took time to explain the reward program which was appreciated. Just in comparison with other Rocky Mountains, they seem to have less choices regarding their desserts. Ok so this review is for the two ladies that just assisted my wife and I with some toffee and treats. I had asked for a pecan cluster, and after I left I bit into it and it seemed to be walnuts. Now I'm sure I looked like a fool complaining about a nut cluster that, covered in dark chocolate, is difficult to identify. It tasted like walnuts to me, and I know they were probably thinking I lost a few nuts myself. However the ladies exchanged it for me with no fuss. So too you two, thank you. Thank you for your wonderful customer service and for satisfying a customer. The second piece tasted wonderful. I apologize if I made things awkward for you. I don't like being "that customer". I just left without making a purchase. We decided to stop in and pick up a treat while we were out celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary. One thing caught my wife's attention yet we had not caught any employees attention and had to go in search of some help. My wife was finally able to place her order and I was about to when two more employees magically appeared from the back to say that the item we asked for was promised to someone else on the phone and we couldn't have it. This was completely ridiculous as I'm standing there ready to get more items and with money in hand yet I can't have what is directly in front of me in the case. Totally unprofessional and worst customer service I have seen in a while. Their only response was I could place an order for the next day. What? Avoid this place at all cost and spend your money somewhere that understands service because judging by the apathy I just received no one from that location is going to read this and improve the service. read more

I looooveeee Rocky Mountain chocolate! I'm in love with the milk chocolate macadamia bears, so happy that this location has them! Unfortunately my experience in this location wasn't as high quality as the product. My cashier Aniah was standing in the corner talking to friends when I walked in, she didn't greet me until a few minutes later when she began with "what can I get you?" I was like oh hi, just a minute. Then when I asked about one of my favorite apples she responded rudely by belittling me as she pointed to it.
