The associate was nice and helped my mom out with using the machine that helps with insoles. We purchased the shoes and insoles that day. The second time I went in knowing exactly what color/size Birkenstocks I wanted. The associate grabbed them and checked me out right away, and informed me I had $15 off which I didn't know I had. This 3rd time I went in and bought a pair as a gift. The receiver didn't love the color and I was able to return them with the shoes and the receipt. No hassle or anything. They were very friendly about trying to pick a different shoe. Only bummer is that they can't order colors they don't carry (ie saw a color on the Brooks website but they don't carry it and can't order it). It's nice to have a place where you can get a pair of shoes that are an investment and know that you're going to be helped to find the best shoes for you. Highly recommend.

I honestly didn't know what I was in for before visiting the store. All I know is I received a number of recommendations to come here for my running needs. I'm a 18-month postpartum momma wanting to get back into running, so I know I needed something more than the average shoe. Kathryn was super knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They didn't have my exact shoe size for the shoe I wanted in stock so she ordered it online and it will be here on Monday. While this is online with their procedure, I can't express how grateful I was for such an awesome customer service experience. Typically, shoe places will try to upsell you and get what they can out of you, but I never felt that way at Fleet. They scan your feet and watch your walking pattern and then show you stats about your feet: size, arch, width, pressure points, etc. which was interesting and helpful. Shoes range from $140 - $200+ with brands such as Nike, Hoka, Brooks, Saucony. Not a HUGE selection of shoes but still several. Shoe inserts were about $50 (and are good for 2 shoe "cycles") and they give you socks to try on which you can buy (a hefty $18 for one pair) but don't have to. Overall a great experience.
