I'm a 18-month postpartum momma wanting to get back into running, so I know I needed something more than the average shoe. Kathryn was super knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They didn't have my exact shoe size for the shoe I wanted in stock so she ordered it online and it will be here on Monday. While this is online with their procedure, I can't express how grateful I was for such an awesome customer service experience. Typically, shoe places will try to upsell you and get what they can out of you, but I never felt that way at Fleet. There was a major thing missing - an employee to assist in finding the right size and style to meet my needs. I haven't purchased a suit coat in close to a decade, and it is time to replace the one I currently use. I have no idea what size would fit best, or what style would be the better choice.
