The kids will then perform the routine they just learned for us parents and to end, a little family dance party. It really the cutest place; I'm so happy with them!

The dance team and studio director Jami Gobee puts an enormous amount of stress on these dancers and then criticizes them when they can't handle the stress. She refused to allow any medical accommodations that were provided, and repeatedly told us that she knows more as a dancer than our surgical doctor and therefore wouldn't accept the notes!! Instead of allowing accommodations, she made punishing threats and forced my child to take all of her classes when she was injured and sick. With every request, I received a cold and rigid response like the one copied from the other reviewer. Jami and her dance teachers regularly humiliated and ridiculed my child for her anxiety when they were the root cause of that anxiety, and told her that her dancing was getting worse (I wonder why....). Anxiety increased exponentially during her time at Fusion, and dropped almost instantly once we left. Jami told the entire dance team not to talk to us when we left, which speaks volumes to her character. They are all afraid of this woman. I would love to say that this is a good studio, but Jami creates an unhealthy environment for youth that I would not recommend to anyone. So unfortunate and so misguided.

So I give her a written 10 day notice stating if my deposit is not refunded I plan to take legal action. On July 24 she refund my deposit with an email stating she was traveling and if I had asked for an update would provided the same outcome. She rudely says she wish me the best with my future events but elsewhere. You kept my money for 3 1/2 month begging for it

During a lesson scheduled from 7:00 to 7:30 PM, my daughter was sent outside unattended to look for my car because the instructor claimed I was "late." By 7:31 PM, she was already standing outside next to my vehicle. Not only does this mean she was not receiving the full instructional time we paid for, but sending a child outside into a parking lot without confirming a parent is present is a major safety hazard and a breakdown of proper release procedures. When I emailed management twice to raise these serious safety concerns and request an immediate cancellation, I never received a reply, an apology, or even an acknowledgment that my emails were received. Instead, I just got a cold, generic notification that the classes were canceled. To make matters worse, no refund was ever issued for the lost instructional time or the abrupt cancellation due to their safety oversight.
