From the moment I met the him, I knew I had made the right decision. He was organized, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. My tax returns were completed accurately and efficiently, and every document I had entrusted to him was returned neatly organized in a professional folder. That attention to detail alone gave me tremendous peace of mind. What impressed me even more was the exceptional service after my tax return was completed. I had a few other issues that needed to be resolved. Mr. Castro invited me to come to his office early in the morning before hours and on another occasion after hours, because he knew those were the best times to reach these offices. He patiently spent his time helping me work through the issues until everything was successfully resolved. That level of integrity, generosity, and commitment to his clients is rare today. I had a disagreement and have parted ways with my mother for legal and personal reasons. Daryll did not agree with that and had no right to interfere, but instead of dropping my mother's property from my policy, he refused to become the broker of record of the insurance policy even though I was the primary. He wanted to keep me and my mother's property together in the umbrella policy. He kept saying "no don't do that, I disagree, just think about it" and kept calling over and over despite adamantly telling him. The insurance carrier took my mother's broker as the broker of record and dropped me off my own policy. Daryll Fredricks actively chose to not contact the insurance carrier with my proof of ownership to establish I should not be dropped. Daryll then caused my next renewal to be 2x the price because I had no policy to renew. I had to start a new one.

So apparently when you make a payment online, despite all the evidence showing that you paid on the…read moredue date, they won't process your payment till the day after. Which means they will cancel your policy for one whole day. They did not notify me of my cancelled policy, but they did notify the NY DMV. I didn't find out about my cancelled policy or my suspended registration till a month later when I came back from vacation & checked my mail. Which pretty much means that my State Farm agent let me drive uninsured for one whole day. I took time off of work just to drive down to their agency & show them the confirmation number, & online account statement that shows that I paid on time, but they told me that there was nothing to do, so my car registration got suspended even though I paid on time. The best part is that my one day suspension turned in a three day suspension because I turned the plates in on Thursday, which means I can't reclaim them until Saturday, except the DMV is closed on the weekends, which means I have to wait till today Monday. But wait there's more. I still can't reclaim my plates & car registration because the James O'Brien agency were suspoded to reissue me a new insurance ID card that states my new reinstated coverage. Which means the start date HAS to read the date after my policy was cancelled. Thanks James O'Brien for wasting my time & taking my money.
