I actually didn't even notice that he had made changes until our planner told us about it hours later, it was that smooth. We had a huge mix of ages and tastes in the party and Vinh kept the energy up and the party moving all the way through. We had communicated beforehand some of the songs that we wanted to play at the wedding, but he was responsible for choosing most of the music that played. He absolutely nailed the vibe 99% of the time, and when he didn't he pivoted quickly back to something that got people moving again. He was also great about slipping in any announcements that needed to be made. Overall, I would highly recommend Vinh and Livinh Events for a wedding celebration, or any party for that matter. Doug, the DJ, was our one main point of contact, which streamlined the entire process and alleviated loads of stress. He was very professional, trustworthy and responded to my emails quickly. As a DJ and MC, he did a fantastic job of transitioning from event to event. He was also entertaining and understood our taste in music. As for photo and video, the video team was easy to work with and made us feel comfortable. My wedding party adored the photographer, Yev. He was hilarious, but very serious about his work. He wanted to make sure we got the best shots. I would have typically waited to see our photos before leaving a rave review, but I'm more than certain we'll love them. Will upload some once they're ready :) Finally, there was also a day-of assistant/coordinator (I believe her name was Kat?), but she was amazing. When we were told she would be coming along, we just thought she would be assisting the production team. But she was by my side the entire time -- she helped arrange items and backgrounds in photos, fix my train and veil, hold my bouquet from time to time, help get spilled red wine off my dress and so much more. My phone also decided to power off just minutes before walking down the aisle and my vows were on it. As I began to freak out, she pulled out a bunch of chargers and played around with the phone until it turned back on. Ugh, I am so grateful she was there. His assistant texted right away and scheduled a call for the next day with Lio. I knew it would be a perfect fit within a few minutes. Lio is experienced, well-connected, and radiates a love for his craft. He was up-front about learning the profession, technology, skills, and the practice it takes to get better. There was no sales pitch whatsoever, just an honest and transparent explanation of how he teaches, what the student can expect, and how parents can support the process. My teen had his first lesson in Lio's home studio last week. Cloud nine does not begin to describe the experience for him! His self-taught skills were validated, he learned so much in just two hours, and came home to "remix" his original creations. He has a second session scheduled with Lio next month and cannot wait. I highly recommend Lio for his professionalism, expertise, kindness, and efforts in teaching the next generation of producers. We are Lio fans for life!

We got Uplights, Fog Machine, Photobooth and Marquee Letters from them. Everything was decent except for the Photobooth. The lighting was so horrible and dark that you could not see the faces in some of the photos. The guy working at the Photobooth seemed like he didn't want to be there either. Their props were pretty lame too.
