When I get my watch back the guy at the counter began to tell me why I was getting charged DOUBLE. He said watch pins were $10 but I have to pay $20 because it was a special pin. I told him I'm not following. He said don't worry about it because it's done now. It was too late because the payment already processed. I turn around with my watch to look at the work they did and the like that I brought in to have repaired was stuck so I try to move it because all the links are supposed to move and it broke. I brought it back to the counter and he tried to argue with me saying that he fixed the pin 5 links down. I say why? Because my watch was broken 3 links down. I think they tried to switch pins and messed it up. They'd way it was stuck because it was too tight. They refused to fix it unless I paid them another over payment of $20. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS SHADY ESTABLISHMENT!!! Wrong is wrong!!! They are RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!!!! once they have your money they don't care about correcting any problems or complaints.

They were at Pop-Up's and special events around the area (and region). And now, they can be found across the region (including North and South Carolina). But what do they carry? Though personally they have handcrafted leather gifts, accessories, and jewelry they follow more the pattern of a boutique in that they have items from other small businesses. What kind of items, you ask? Candles, cosmetics, coasters, can coolers, (and to finish out the C's) clothing. The ambiance of the space alone is rejuvenating. The natural light pouring in through the front windows, the reflection off the lightly stained wood accents and pastel colors inhabiting the space, and the warm smile of every team member awaits you upon entrance. There are people/businesses we all find ourselves routing for. They've put in the work, they remained positive amidst challenges, and they have proven resilient despite adversities. And for Freshwater, in addition to that, they have opened a brick-and-mortar location even after all that 2020 brought their (our) way. I will champion them to anyone who asks (or doesn't). Stop in for a visit and I have no doubt you'll do the same.

My youngest daughter, Kelsea, was a huge American doll lover. She calls her doll KJ, short for Kelsea Junior!!! I recently visited the store to buy some neat doll clothing and accessories for my niece's dolly for Christmas. The store has relocated to the inside of the Tradewinds Mercantile Exchange. Between this store and Grandma's lovely handmade gifts this little doll has a wardrobe as big and any girlie girl in our house. I purchased a bed and few outfits to include a GA Bulldogs cheerleader outfit equipped with pom-poms. I've also made purchases online while being stationed in Maryland. The shipping was really prompt even during the holidays.
