My daughter generally enjoys updating her beanie every time we come and they keep a steady supply on hand. The reason I have continued coming in addition to the location is that fact that they carry Apex Pressing Oil. Since my daughter did her big chop, I've been using this stuff religiously and I have not seen it anywhere else in Augusta.

They sell hair, makeup, wigs, clothing, shoes, accessories, and everything in between. They get a lot of business because they are open earlier than most store, which is about 8:30am. They are open about 8pm as well. So that's a big draw for them as well. I've come in looking for certain things and found those exact things and more. I put my aunt onto this store as well. She was looking for an affordable unit that I can cut and style for her with having to make one from scratch. We were able to find the perfect one and I got her to step out of her comfort zone and try a new color instead of 1's and 1B's. The hair in the unit was sooooo soft and took heat from my CHI flat iron very well!!! One downside about coming to this store is that they kind of watch people like hawks and that's because they have a really bad problem with shoplifters. They are posting videos on their Facebook page every week of someone shoplifting. I don't understand why people are still shoplifting from them because they have current CCTV equipment that's able to zoom in and out on the shoplifter's face and all?!? So, I try to only go in when I know I'm going to buy something instead of looking around aimlessly. I do like what they offer and the employees are always helpful with me, so I don't have any complaints about that. The store is pretty spacious and tidy. I'm glad they do take pride in how the store looks instead of looking for a profit only!!!

It's safe to say that this place caters to the nail technicians in the area. They had a few other offerings but mostly nail products. From colored acrylic to professional drills to a vast variety of professional nail polish. I was in awe at the selection of nail polishes they had. It was a wall full of different colors and different brands. I like to fainted because I collect nail polish. I have over 80 bottles myself and their prices are extremely affordable compared to other places when they are $10 a bottle. I also saw many great products for pedicures. I didn't buy anything on this visit but I will be back to pick up a few things.

The two of them together keep the flow going and the vibe just so uplifting. Bri has her own libe of hair care products for locs that she has researched and made sure works for all hair types. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to her merchandise and her hair care products. The products are reasonably priced and worth every dime. I had a question in regards to them having an ombre lacefront closure and the girl says they don't have that. I then began to follow up with some more questions, and in the middle of me asking the question, the girl, visibly frustrated, throws her hands up, mumbles cuss words under her breath, and just blatantly walks away from me. Mind you, I was in good spirits, no hostility what so ever, and only seeking to find the products needed to get my hair done later that day. I was so taken aback by her actions that I called out "Excuse me? I'm asking you a question and you're walking away from me?" She continued to walk away ignoring me. This incident took If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I've been patronizing this business for years and have never encountered a problem with any of the sales associates. Today however, all of that changed as I was treated beyond rude and threatened. place right by the counter as another woman who claims to be the manager, looked on and failed to intervene or help me in anyway. I found this odd as I am familiar with this woman, because i come in frequently and we're cordial towards eachother everytime. She then started cussing at me saying "I'll beat your ass all through this store bitch!" and she started lunging towards me. Another associate, not the manager, came from the back and got in between the girl and I preventing her from proceeding to attack me. The manager then pushed me out the door of the store saying that I was wrong, and that I needed to apologize to the girl, saying "Aren't you a teacher? You're contradicting yourself." Being the positive person that I am, despite having been treated horribly, cursed out, threatened, and practically assaulted, I apologized to the girl. As I drove off I felt disrespected and knew this wasn't right, and this is why I'm writing this review to warn others of this kind of harsh treatment that I experienced today that no innocent customer should ever have to be subjected to! I did absolutely nothing to provoke this girl to first off, walk away from me as I was asking a question, yell and curse at me, and run towards me to pursue an attack!
