I had a very large saguaro right next to my house. I love that tree but a few weeks ago an 8 ft arm fell off unexpectedly. I was worried so I called for a couple estimates. I just wanted to share so people know, do not use them for irrigation services. I wish I knew beforehand how shady they could be. Now I need to hire someone new and spend more money to fix the issue because SoCo landscaping refused to replace or refund me for the faulty equipment they installed. I've received second opinions on this issue and have been assured that it is not user error. Buyer Beware.

What you need to know: reasonable pricing, easy to schedule, amazing communication, excellent work! SoCo Landscaping went above and beyond for my family while we moved out if our home. I believe I spoke with Andrea the whole tIme and she had their team out and trimmed our bushes and picked up wood and other debris in our yard within days of me contacting them. They even asked if I wanted to double check their work to make sure we were happy with the results (we were very pleased). We also had other things to be done we thought we could do on our own but ran out of time and they happily came back and were able to adapt to some changes we had come up too. Santa Rita was impressive, while the others didn't even bother to call us back with their bids even after coming out to discuss. One sent an email just parroting what we talked about at the meeting and them expected us to sign a document. The one that did the neighbor's yard didn't call back despite us leaving 3 voicemails and our number with SOMEONE there who answered the phone one time. Can't say I'm very impressed with landscaping business's here. Santa Rita is a big company, but honestly, they got to us right away. Lori, the designer came up with a great design, even revising a few times for us. Once our HOA approved the design, they put us on the start list quickly. Went fast once they started. Smiley and his crew were friendly, respectful and the foreman went out of his way for us several times, even after I personally (and accidentally) punctured a drip line. We had one hiccup which is common with any construction job, but they fixed it right away. I would definitely recommend them. Professionals all the way.
