    My wedding was this past Saturday. Jay from the DJay company, was AWESOME ! Everyone in my family had nothing but good things to say about his work and personality. We invited him to engage with us, not just as the DJ in the back, but also as a guest and he was very kind, and respectable. He kept the ball rolling all night, made announcements, he hosted very very well, giving my mom and family a chance to relax and enjoy the night. He kept the music at a fair volume, he showed up early and set up on time, he played all the songs asked to play by the bride and groom, and help match the energy of the night. Jay is a professional, he knows how to have a good time and knows how to get the party going. I had so so so much fun! It was exactly how I imagined it to be, dancing to my favorite hits with my loved ones and my siblings getting to dance to the songs we grew up dancing too, and all of the music that me and my husband dance to now, people who don't even dance got up and danced with us because the night was FULL OF LOVE ! And the music literally made it feel like family having the best time for one night, this is all thanks to Jay, thank you so much for your professionalism, your art, your vision, and your kindness. I will relive this night over and over because of you Jay, thank you so much! If you are considering hiring The D Jay Company for your event, JUST DO IT, you will not go wrong, everything you are worried about, you won't have to worry about, your day will be made extra special if you hire The D Jay Company. Also, FILL OUT THE CLIENT PORTAL! It helps you in the long run just as much as it helps the DJ make your dreams come true ! Communication is always key !! And remember your vendors are a very important part of the night, so always show them love !

    We have nothing but good things to say about Jay and his team. We had the pleasure of working with Michael Palacios the day of, and he showed up on time and was extremely prepared and ready with all of the music genres we requested. Not only that but he was our emcee for the evening and was amazing at keeping everything on track and most importantly everyone on the dance floor! He truly was ready to get down with us! Our guest appreciated him personally releasing their tables to eat. He was quick and we were extremely happy from A-Z they were great to work with. We recommend to use them to every friend.

    I called the D Jay Company very last minute to see if they could provide services for my friends celebration of life. I ended up talking with Jay, and let me tell you, he was an absolute life saver! Jay came and Dj'd the event himself for us. He also provided uplighting, a projector and screen for our slideshow, and played all of the music we requested. He also made announcements etc. His service was absolutely impeccable. His communication was great, and the event went off without a hitch. Thanks a million Jay. When a loved one passes, it is a very hard and stressful time. Thank you for making the process easy and smooth for us. We appreciate you being there! I highly recommend Jay and his team for any event!

    I wish I could recommend Jay but unfortunately I cannot! Jay is completely unprofessional and unreliable. We booked him for a 4/8/2023 wedding for DJ services, electrical distribution package and generator, and cold sparklers. The cold sparklers cost $500 extra, on top of the other services (we also paid a couple hundred for the generator + electrical distribution package.) That night, he was unable to do the cold sparklers because there wasn't sufficient power at the venue- even though we had explained the power situation to him SEVERAL times and hence paying for the generator/electrical distribution package. He said they wouldn't work, we were disappointed, but no big deal. I called him after the wedding and he told me on the phone (not in writing) we would figure out a refund. He then proceeded to ignore me, and started our second phone conversation weeks later with saying he wouldn't be giving me a refund. He was rude and unprofessional. HE ALSO PLAYED TERRIBLE MUSIC- if you are getting married in your 20s/30s, he is not the DJ for you. Several times throughout the night we asked him to play more contemporary pop songs, specific artists, etc, and he would do it for a song but like play some weird techno version & then go back to playing his own stuff, not what we requested. People kept leaving the dance floor due to the bad music. Eventually he got annoyed that we kept asking him for songs (IT WAS OUR WEDDING AND NOBODY WAS DANCING) and switched to our must play list that we had filled out in advance. We didn't even get through the list though because of him choosing to play his own stuff despite it being must play songs. And he would repeat songs when he did play our playlist because songs on our playlist were also listed as out last dance song etc- He played the same song three times!!!! (Once when he was doing his own stuff so a weird remix, once when he switched to our playlist finally, and once when it was our last dance.) He also tried to blame the cold sparkler thing on our wedding planner who was working her butt of. He is very unprepared in terms of MCing etc too because he will only look at the stuff inputted into his website (which isn't user friendly) and will ignore anything your wedding planner sends him, which he basically told me before the wedding. He only cares about $$$$ and getting in/out. I am on my honeymoon and stressed out because my husband got very sick and had to go to the ER and Jay still started every conversation with "no I'm not giving you a refund" even though he had initially stated he would (probably just to get me off his case because he then ignored me for weeks stating he was on vacation but he was only out of the office for one week.) EDIT: Jay says that the contract states we were to provide electrical but we paid him to do this and had multiple conversations with him beforehand, as did our wedding planner as well.

    I had an AMAZING experience using the D Jay Company for my wedding :) Jay was the only DJ who personally reached out to me when I was looking for a DJ for me wedding. From that moment I was sold! Jay was incredibly friendly, personable, and very easy to talk to over the phone. He pleasantly answered all of my questions and helped me feel at ease about my big day. He arrived on time and completely prepared on my wedding day. He did a wonderful job as the DJ and kept the flow of the day running smoothly. When it came time to PARTY he got the party going beautifully and kept it moving so no one got bored. I've never been to a better wedding in my life! Everyone was engaged on the dance floor and having a great time. When it came time for our bubble exit, he had everyone line up and blow bubbles for 30 seconds to a minute allowing plenty of bubbles to float through the air and looking amazing in our photos. 10/10 would recommend The D Jay Company!

    I can't recommend The D Jay Company enough. I didn't run into any of the issues the negative reviews mention (not to take away from their experience). Jay was helpful along the way, always returning my emails or calls. It may not have been the same day, but he's busy and I understand that, he always got back to me within the week, which I think is completely acceptable. Mike, the DJ for the night was amazing. I planned my wedding myself, and didn't even have a day of coordinator. Mike kept me sane and kept us on schedule. Forever thankful for him! He also played the music I requested and added a bit of his own flare as well. I got a lot of compliments on the playlist and it kept me dancing all night. The proof is in the pictures! They were also incredibly well priced, and allowed me to have a kickass DJ within my budget.

    They are my go to for photobooth services!! Working with them was easy to book, no deposit! Pay…read morethe day of. This is the second time I've used them and will use them again in the future!! Joshua is the best as he's easy to communicate with. You pick your package, complete a form to reserve your spot and you're good to go! He'll be in touch closer to the event with the website to use to pick your template. There's so many to choose from and he can adjust any of them to match your party's color or adjust the design! He sends you the sample to confirm. Day of the party, depending on your package, the photobooth attendant will arrive about an hour prior to your requested start time. We had Dallas as our attendant and he was amazing! He set up pretty quickly and then let us know when we could start! He was even awesome enough to make sure he had my daughter (her sweet 16) take a single set and made sure our family took some too! Parties get busy so glad he reminded us!!! He wasn't hovering either, he was good about giving the guests space to take the photos in case they were shy. The backdrop and the props were great too!! Print outs were awesome and at the end you get a USB with all the photos (for a minimal fee), so worth it!!! Clean up was easy. He cleaned it all up and didn't leave any mess. We also rented tables and chairs this time. Delivery and pick up was easy to schedule. The tables were clean and chairs looked new! Can't wait for the next party!!! Thank you Pic-o-Rama!!!

    My wife hired Pic-O-Rama's services for a graduation party that took place just last week. They…read morenever showed up. Never even gave a reason for not showing up. Just absolutely left us hanging. My wife first contacted Pic-O-Rama on April 23 (almost two months in advance of our party). Pic-O-Rama replied and confirmed our booking that same day. On June 5, a week before the event, my wife sent a follow-up text to Pic-O-Rama. They responded that "everything is good" and that we should have received 2 confirmations. We had never received a 2nd confirmation so we told them so immediately. They never responded and that was the last that we ever heard from them. Day of the event (June 13) we sent another text message to confirm. No response. After a couple of hours, we tried calling Pic-O-Rama directly. The first time, they picked up but no one spoke on the other side. We tried calling back twice after that, but we were sent directly to voicemail. Our party ended up with no photobooth and no explanation as to why we had been ghosted by Pic-O-Rama. We could understand if some emergency came up, but it's been a week since our event and we still have not heard a peep from Pic-O-Rama. We booked well ahead of time, tried our best to stay in contact, and have been left extremely disappointed. We completely missed the opportunity to capture the photos and memories of the momentous event as we had planned. To be frank, we are glad that our event was "just" a graduation party. If we had been counting on Pic-O-Rama for our wedding, I can't imagine how devastated we would have been.
