Because of the rain in the forecast, we were trying to find a good solution, and Angel responded to me immediately. She was so easy to communicate with. I tried sending her a picture of last year's setup, but it wouldn't go through, so she even gave me her personal number (and thankfully she had an iPhone, yay!) so I could send it directly. She was incredibly gracious and had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. She asked thoughtful questions and really tried to help me figure out what would work best for our event. The pricing was also very reasonable, $350 for a 20x40 tent for the day, plus service fees and taxes. Honestly, that's extremely affordable. Unfortunately, since our event is for a nonprofit, it ended up being outside our budget this time, so we weren't able to move forward with the rental. BUT I absolutely plan to come back to Fran Kid Jump in the future. If I ever need a tent for an event, especially one that might get rained on, I will be reaching back out to Angel. He…read moreoriginally set up the entire event in Phelan, but unfortunately a sudden windstorm with 50 mph winds came through and the wind took everything down. Without hesitation, he and his team quickly stepped in and moved the entire event to his venue in San Bernardino at no extra cost. They were incredibly speedy, professional, and efficient, and still managed to make everything look absolutely beautiful despite the stressful circumstances. If it weren't for him and his team, the quinceañera would not have happened, and we would have had to cancel and reschedule everything. So I headed to yelp, given the fact that j had such high ratings and seemed to be a legit professional business, I figured it would be much more, but I got 72 chairs, 9 tables and a cocktail table for $179. I was very happy with that, I did the side by side per table and chair with the other guy and it came out almost exactly the same! Plus they dropped off the tables the day before!
