We were told to arrive at 3:30 at the dock. We drove from AL for this experience plus some even booked rooms to stay overnight! We had catered food! At 4:02 we get a phone call stating the boat is inoperable but we can get on it at the Marina and stay there!!!! No freaking way! Immediately requested a FULL REFUND! Tried calling and texting on Monday 8/4 no response. The website and Instagram page are now deleted. HORRIBLE!!!!

Well, all I can do is warn others at this point. It was to be the highlight of my daughters bach weekend and a reservation fully paid for 12, I got back $250. Sad. They should be ashamed of themselves. But someone bigger than me will take care of this, I do believe. Discusted. Don't throw your money away. The view from the top of this waterfall was absolutely amazing! There are also opportunities to…read morewalk down into the gorge but you must purchase a trail permit and watch the training videos. When walking the gorge I think they mentioned you cross the river twice so wear water shoes and be careful! It is a more difficult trail to take. But you can swim at the falls if you'd like. My family walked I the overlook two different days during our stay in the area. The waterfalls from above is breathtaking and it is amazing to see how deep the gorge walls are. If you need an easy trail, need wheelchair accessible, or have small kids then the yellow trail to the overlook is the best option for you.
