I stopped by here after getting my hair cut nearby. I was hoping they had keto options and the owner is wonderful and patiently explained ingredients to me. They have shakes, coffee, waffles, donuts, açaí bowls, and refreshers. If you are looking for a healthy alternative to these items, this place is a wonderful option and reasonably priced. I ordered mini protein donuts in Oreo and coconut caramel. They were delicious and adorable! I can ar wait to try more The shakes are plant-based and high in protein. The refreshers, coffee, donuts, and waffles are also high protein. The donuts and waffles are made with Kodiak flour. The cutest little shop! Everything about it from decoration to presentation is Instagram-able! Bonus factor: the staff are so nice. We got two coffee shakes. Great! Then we got six mini protein donuts. We were allowed three flavors and went with birthday cakes, Reese's, and Oreo. They were all SO good, and honestly stole the show. I wanted five dozen. A tasty afternoon treat while I was running errands! I dropped in here after searching for something refreshing to drink - and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and offerings. Everything is protein rich, low sugar, and has probiotics - and somehow still manages to taste delicious. I saw a couple of people in there eating açaí bowls for lunch. I tried the chunky monkey shake (banana, peanut butter, and chocolate), and it was very tasty! I am someone who has a sensitivity to a lot of protein add-one, but this one was delicious and didn't upset my stomach at all! I was glad to see staff properly wearing masks and they all seemed really nice and friendly. Came in the check out this relatively new local business in the Winter Springs town center. I wanted to try their mini donuts I heard were made with protein powder. The environment was light, airy, and clean. It felt like a calm ice cream shop without the sickening sweet smell of sugar. The owner, Cassandra was nice and chill. We had a great conversation and health and nutrition while she made my donuts. I got 4 different toppings- Nutella, Oreo, Coconut caramel and Fruity Pebbles. They are all delicious and kid approved. You need to skip the line at the chain and come to this gem hidden in the Winter Springs shopping plaza. The owner is so welcoming and will joyfully guide you to a delicious choice. Shakes, Tea , coffee and made fresh donuts and waffles with your choice of topping (get the guava and cheese). I got a Key Lime shake that was yummy and hubby got a iced coffee with a protein kick. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I got the açaí bowl which is the biggest açaí bowl I have ever gotten and it was only $10 which is a steal compared to most other places. They offer teas, shakes, donuts, waffles, coffee and some other sweet treats that all are low carb and low fat with high protein. Perfect for either a pre or post workout meal! I don't often write reviews, but I had to come somewhere to rave about the coffee options here. It's more a smoothie place than a coffeeshop, but the coffee frappes are great! Rich and sweet; it's hard to believe that they are actually so low-calorie and have so much protein! Taste like a 400-calorie drink elsewhere, but it's only 1/4 of that. Nice work! read more

I have been here twice on the same day, Sunday. This place has a lot of potential and hope they continue to improve. Upon coming in we were looking for the menu so we can see what they offer. There's a board with pictures of their drinks and shakes but doesn't really tell me what all the ingredients are? Maybe they could have the menus near there so we can pick it up. The menu, when we visited, were located at the counter where a couple was looking at it, but it's not accessible until you get to the counter. On Sunday they seem to have only one worker in the morning and the person is super nice but they need help because waiting times were about 15 minutes for 1 tea and 1 shake. That's way too long. Another point is I'm guessing they can look at what sells well and remove those on menu that doesn't because one tasted great but another was awful but I did not want to tell them and even if I did they were serving another person and it would take too long. On one of the days a customer said to cancel their donut order because it was taking too long and she was there before us! Their place is very clean and that's a big positive and I will come back in a couple of months once things are much improved because the worker and place are nice and cozy. read more
