My baby rec'd 3 shots for $27. We arrived first thing in the morning, since the clinic was from 9am-12pm on May 2nd. Four Muddy Paws is housed in a strip mall with plenty of parking and there was a bank next door that looked to be closed on Saturday so that accommodated for additional parking. The clinic was held outside in the grassy area, they had a table set up, so it was first come, first serve. The paperwork was simple and they accepted cash or card payments. The wait time wasn't bad, it took us an hour from start to finish and the staff was really nice and loving to the babies and were ready for all types...meaning if your fur-baby was scared or frightened. I called to check on the delivery status and they said they cannot get that specific dog food in anymore so basically staff stated they were going to order it and didn't. Now I have no food for my beloved fur babies and I have to figure this out. I am usually pro small business but in this instance a lot of the in store items are cheaper on Amazon. I spent a lot of money at this location on Adored Beast products as well but I found a vendor with better prices for that. Save your money and compare shop and you will probably get better customer service else where as well. It is difficult to find a…read moregroomer in the St. Louis area that even answers the phone these days, but that was not at all an issue with Spotlight. My call was answered right away and I was able to make an appointment with Steve easily. At the appointment, Steve was very helpful in explaining the process. Pippa stayed at Spotlight almost all day, and I could tell when I picked her up that she had a blast. She also looked and felt AMAZING. She has never felt softer. Rylan has always been fairly well-mannered and is friendly once he gets to know you, but he tends to pull on his leash during walks and now he's learning how to share his house with his arch nemesis - a cat. I expressed my concerns with Julie and her mom and they knew exactly what to do about it. I've tried many different harnesses and collars, but I've never tried a pinch collar because I didn't know how to properly use them and didn't want to hurt him. Julie fit him with one and showed me exactly how to use it and got him to do what I couldn't do in the 4+ years I've had him. I was absolutely blown away at how he reacted to this new collar and the amount of instruction she gave and the reasons behind WHY it works. Her philosophy is that she will not sell anything she would not use on her own dogs, so she has first-hand experience on everything she sells and why her products are beneficial. I will forever make the 30 minute drive to her store becaue of how they treat me and Rylan. If you haven't gone yet, GO!

Eventually it all worked. Store is located in the heart of historic O'Fallon, IL district. Arrived on time and were warmly greeted. Space is set up with some fun and unique doggy items up front, and the services in rear. Nail trims went off without a hitch-very friendly and capable staff doing the work, and I liked that they dremel sand the sharp nail edges! Staff then helped get us set up at the two wash stations. All supplies readily available including various shampoos and conditioners, brushes, towels etc. Liked the stations a lot, only downside was running out of warm water at the end. Overall very good experience and will use them again.
