The staff was all incredibly informative and helpful. Best of all they made our five year old feel like a star! They involved the parents and the kid in every part of the selection process. He was all smiles and stayed excited throughout our visit, all due to the wonderful and caring staff. They had recommendations, stories on when things go right or wrong, and loads of patience! I called to ask them what happened and was put on hold and came back and was told that they tightened the bolts and that they 'don't sell that brand of e-bike, but I could always bring the bike back to put air back into the tires' Really? Two days and $50 later, my bike was in the same condition it was in when I dropped it off! Unsatisfactory service and a lack of concern! Save you money- go elsewhere!

I have been here many times in the past year to upgrade accessories and gear and have always had great service/conversations with the folks working here. And for heaven's sake, if you are looking to buy a bike they have THOUSANDS of bikes at this place!!! The selection is phenomenal!
