I initially contacted Nikki (sp) who took my information and was helpful. She referred me to Kevin, the arborist, and assured me he would follow up. He never did. So I called again, and Nikki tracked Kevin down and he and I spoke for awhile. He took all my information and said he would send the quote. He never did. So I followed up a third time--with Nikki--who assured me Kevin would send the quote in the next 24 hours. He never did. We needed a tree to replace at least one of the ash trees we had removed they took care of every thing even calling the people to come out and mark where the wires are under ground they did a great job. I would recommend them highly. The price was reasonable for all they did. They are coming back next month to trim the trees growing over the roof. The Davey Tree Expert Company did a superior job pruning and treating two old trees in my yard. Robert was very easy to communicate with. He responds to text messages and phone calls right away. They showed up on time and ready to work. There were many moving parts, but they took the time to talk to my neighbors and ensure safety while working. The crew was polite and respectful. Had a really good experience with this company! Good pricing on removal of 7 trees and stump removal. The workers are very nice and professional! They know what they are doing! They took down a monster tree in my backyard it was right against my house. They worked so hard. I was informed by the manager every step of the way, which was pretty nice. I was never left wondering where they were or when are they back to finish the project. He made sure the days they were coming out worked for me and didn't just show up. Highly recommend. read more

We used Davey Tree to spray the various trees in our yard per their suggested schedule. Initially they came out, made an assessment and recommendations. We agreed to use their services for the year 2020. Additionally, I requested service for landscaping which they said they could do. Robert Spartz, the manager, came out and we discussed what we wanted done and were told we would get a quote within a week. We never heard back from him. So, a few months later, I called and reminded them I was a current customer of theirs. I asked about their lack of follow up on our landscaping bid. Additionally, I requested to be called back as we also needed trees and shrubs sprayed for aphids. I was again told that Robert would give me a call back regarding both issues. Again, no call back from anyone. Lesson learned.....their follow up is poor and they are not dependable. read more
