What really frustrated me was how this business set up an appt, then ghosted me when I tried to confirm it, essentially wasting my time. Not responding to a potential customer, even if the answer is "no," is never an acceptable business model. I would have expected better from a company who boasts winning "best of" awards over several years.

We called this company, after a well known national chain with whom we have been getting mediocre…read moreservice from, quoted us an estimate of $429.00 an hour for tree removal after a large storm took down a LOT of branches in the Ft. Collins area recently. This quote did not include "mobilization," which would have been an added fee to get the equipment and crew to our home. They said this job could last from"4-6 hours." My friends, we are talking 2800 dollars to remove some branches! I called Kincaid after reading its reviews. The person on the phone was courteous, and professional. After hearing the previously quoted price, she validated my assumption that we were being price gouged. She noted my concerns regarding downed limbs in the street, and let me know they would respond once she conferred with the arborist. We received a call that day, and scheduled for the the next. They took care of every tree, and removed and chipped all the down limbs. They were quick, professional and the trees look amazing! The total cost: well under the quoted price of this other company for one just hour of work. Having grown up in "Tornado Alley" price gouging leaves a sick feeling in my stomach. taking advantage of folks, in a pandemic no less, to make extra money is criminal. Kincaid will be out new Tree Service Professional. Their integrity and work quality is top notch!!!! ps. The team at Langley were transparent and clear about how to best take care of our trees and revive them. It turns out we were overwatering the maples and it overwhelmed the tree systems. They were clear and transparent and didn't try to sell us anything for the sake of selling anything. I really appreciate them using their knowledge and transparency. Although they didn't have any services to provide us after the tree diagnosis, I know that we will be contacting them the next growing season for other tree questions we may have. Thanks Langley's!

Although this means we'll ultimately have to have a significant amount of the tree pruned, Langley's Tree Specialist went above and beyond to provide me with recommendations, including documentation that I could share with Code Enforcement, to postpone this until January, when the tree would be more able to handle the stress. Such a responsive company! More concerned about the health of the tree than getting the job out o the way and paid for (which I was 100% willing to do to avoid fines, etc.). Will definitely work with them in the future beyond the job scheduled for January.

I ordered one year of service and did not renew--apparently they require us to notify them that we're not renewing, rather than an affirmative yes to continuing the business relationship. They trimmed some of my trees last winter, but I found lots of dead branches the following spring and summer. I waited until this winter for them to get trimmed again, and figured I was done with SavATree. They showed up recently and administered a treatment that I neither ordered nor was informed about in advance, and then charged me $200. I will surely advise all of my friends in Fort Collins and my neighbors in Greeley to avoid SavATree!
