I walked over to introduce myself and held out my hand to shake it. He didn't shake my hand and looked past me at my friends sawing the tree and asked if that was it. I turned to where he was pointing and looked back to tell him I wanted estimates for the other two trees and he was walking away back to his truck. Highly unprofessional. This was in 2014 if I remember correctly. I'm currently looking again for tree service and saw this company pop up and it still irritates me how he treated me as a customer so I decided to finally leave a review. Stay away.

These are the best arborists I have worked with and I have worked with some fine arborists over…read moretime. I don't understand the other review that was left because I have been using them for a few years now and I have never had calls to complain or have worry at all. They are professional. They show up on time for their appointments and they don't block neighbors driveways. They are champion climbers and safety is always the first thing with them and they are very careful with my garden and I have extensive gardens along with giant trees. They also care for the trees that need inoculation and they are good enough to give me wood chips when I need it, although usually I generate enough tree trimming twice a year that I just have them chip my own wood from trimming. I will also note that they have come in at the end of each job they have done for me under the original estimate. I think that's wonderful. I use them on average twice a year. If I have an emergency they are out in a jiffy. Another thing they did last fall that was a help to me was hang up a flying squirrel box because my husband was so busy and had never gotten hung up. Anyway, in case you haven't noticed already, I can't say enough positive things about this company. I have referred them to several people who have also been pleased.

Within days of contacting First Class Lawn care, Andrew was responsive and they had a team out to our house. It was in a very tight spot, in a city setting. They weren't able to use a bucket truck because it wouldn't fit in the driveway. So the tree had to be climbed and cut down to size. It was an amazing thing to see, one climber, Jason, did the entire job with the help of two or three other crew who assisted, and did clean up. They were incredibly precise, having to maneuver in a tight space, surrounded by wires and other property. Not one wire came down, not one thing was damaged, and it was done in a ONE day! It started raining in the morning, even a little thunder and they just kept going. These people are absolute professionals, friendly, respectful, honest, and fairly priced. We got an original quote, and did not change the quote one bit once they got there and realized the amount of work that had to go into it, without the bucket.
