Tied for second place in the standings is the egg and cheese biscuit and the gravy biscuit. The biscuits have a slightly crunchy and chewy outside with a soft, fluffy inside; the word "texture" does not fully describe the explosion of the melange occurring in ones mouth while devouring the buttery treat. I once heard someone actually killed for a Bojangles biscuit (I didn't actually hear that, but I am sure that in the realms of time, someone met their unfortunate demise while a Bojangles biscuit was nearby, perhaps being consumed). Best of all, these breakfast items are served all day. That's right! Bojangles reinvented "breakfast food all day" years before McDonalds decided to follow in their profitable footsteps. One girl she was heavy set with black and green long curly braids said well she can wait for 1,000 minutes when the person has already been in line for 17 minutes.
