This summer this company disappointed us by trying to charge us $200 smoke cleaning fee two days after we checked out from the room. A lot of phone calls and frustration later I end up saying I will dispute the charged and if needed will go to court. We don't smoke, don't drink. Never even go to bars or places where people would smoke. They end up giving us refund and saying that "they are sorry but room still smelled like smoke and it probably will be a mystery as who smoked in there". We waited for a response to our lease application for three days and were told that the home owner lives in Japan and asked us to be patient for their response. "There are no other applications in front of yours", Erica said. Meanwhile, another application had been approved and we were denied approval after three days of waiting. In the mean time, we lost other opportunities to rent other homes. The real estate market is very competitive in western Florida. There are many realtors and property managers to chose from.
