First off, we have to say that my wife and I were really searching for the right employment lawyer in the DMV area. We knew we were in need of someone to represent our case. So we made a few calls to our friends who were in the legal field but could not represent us since they were not the kind of lawyers that we needed. Thus they gave us a few names to contact and we did. We called three law firms, made appointments, and did an initial meeting with all of them. It took several weeks to get all those done.
