I used this company for the sale of my dental practice. A friend used them and referred me to them. I wish I had used someone else. When it came time to show the practice to buyers the broker had multiple personal conflicts which delayed the showings and ultimately the sale for months. The broker brought several potential prospects to the office stating they were all screened and were good potential buyers. As it turned out my buyer was not in an immediate position to buy my practice. He hadn't been properly vetted as I had been told. When it came time for the closing, the papers were taken to the bank giving control and ownership of my practice to the buyer with no money paid to me and no promissory note. I was told that the bank would wire the money in 24-48 hours and I should trust them. No one would transfer the title of their house without receiving payment. In my opinion after the financial melt down of 2008, banks are not be trusted. The DBS broker should have protected me better. Account receivables were still hanging out there but my broker stopped talking to me after she received her commission check. I had to engage my lawyer to complete the sale. I started a year in advance getting the necessary documents together so that by January of 2017 the practice would be sold. Instead it is the end of March and I am still dealing with it. I would not recommend this company for selling a dental practice. Even after writing this review the company did nothing to make my experience better. Run don't walk away from them. read more
