The staff over the years has been so friendly and helpful. The have ample staff to help you with whatever you need. They have lots of dolls, stuff animals, legos, books and I could go on. They also have educational toys/books.I always pick a couple of girl/boy tags off the Christmas tree. Then I ask what is popular for a child of that age. I'm best with younger kids but also pick an older one. They have a sale once a year prior to Christmas so get on their mailing list. I also love the fact that they gift wrap.
