Julie's office got back to me that day and set up an appointment to meet the next week. Julie was very welcoming and took lots of notes to make sure she got the gist of my case correct. She was able to work with me on a payment schedule and kept in touch with me weekly via email in regards to what her plan was with my case. We decided to go for pre-trial probation and Julie had written up a letter to the ADA in order to let them know that is what we would like to go for. She kept me informed that an ada had not yet been assigned to my case. The day of the pre-trial conference, she met me at the Court House and she was very professional in letting me know what would be happening. We agreed to a 6 month pre-trial probation with 10 weeks of anger management classes. Due to Julie's work, the Judge ruled only 1 month of pre-trial probation and no anger management classes (which would have cost me around $500), so I am forever thankful for that.
