Paid almost $500 and received the following: The detail on the vehicle was the equivalent of a bad car wash. He damaged my headliner by applying steam to it. Now sagging headliner in two spots. Needless to say he didn't clean the headliner. Windows where dirty as if the car wasn't washed. Definitely not detailed. Hood paint restoration left me with hairline scratches all over the hood. Headlight restoration only happened on one of the headlights. He inspected the vehicle a week before the appointment and told me he could get them both as good as new. Did not happen. There was no offer of discount due to not cleaning headliner. I was told it would take 6 hours to detail my car. He was calling saying it was ready 3:40 after I dropped it off. Keep your money you could do a better job at home with basic cleaning products. Very disappointed with this service and would not recommend. NO Pride in the work they put out. Horrible!

I dropped my Tesla off at 8:00 AM for window tint and had it ready by 11:00 AM -- that alone is impressive. On top of that, they provided me with a brand-new truck as a rental, which shows the level of professionalism and care they have for their customers. The quality of work was top-tier. Any minor imperfections were immediately addressed and fixed to perfection without hesitation. They also went the extra mile by providing cleaning supplies for aftercare, which most places don't even think about. Hands down, this was the best service experience I've had -- not just in automotive work, but overall customer service. I had an absolutely horrible and extremely unprofessional experience with this business…read more I am an active-duty service member and scheduled an appointment to have the interior and exterior of my vehicle detailed in Killeen. I also paid the required $30 upfront. The first issue was the location. The address posted for the business is 315 E Avenue G, Killeen, TX, which was not the location I was ultimately given. I was instead directed to 3010 S Fort Hood Street. Because of the confusion with the address and the location itself, I explained when I arrived that I felt uncomfortable leaving my vehicle unattended and asked if I could remain there while it was being detailed. The manager working at the time told me that was fine. They eventually began detailing my vehicle. Approximately 10 minutes later, a man who identified himself as the "co-owner," Dominic, approached me and asked, "Is this your car?" I told him yes. He then responded, "Get it the f*** out of here." I did not argue or escalate the situation. I simply said "cool," asked for his name, got into my vehicle, and left. Regardless of the circumstances, I find it completely unacceptable for a co-owner of a business to speak to a paying customer that way, especially after I had scheduled an appointment, paid the required fee, communicated my concerns respectfully, and received permission from the manager to stay with my vehicle. The conflicting addresses, lack of professionalism, and the way I was spoken to made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this business based on the treatment I received.
