I dropped my Tesla off at 8:00 AM for window tint and had it ready by 11:00 AM -- that alone is impressive. On top of that, they provided me with a brand-new truck as a rental, which shows the level of professionalism and care they have for their customers. The quality of work was top-tier. Any minor imperfections were immediately addressed and fixed to perfection without hesitation. They also went the extra mile by providing cleaning supplies for aftercare, which most places don't even think about. Hands down, this was the best service experience I've had -- not just in automotive work, but overall customer service. I can't say enough about these guys my Toyota Highlander was hit not once not twice but three times by hail and a fourth time by wind and debris, I thought it was a goner but they repaired the hail damage and restored it I was simply blown away by the work that they did, I then did the ceramic coating and again they blew my mind it was beautiful and I also did the window tint to my 2 front windows and my windshield and it made a huge difference with the summer sun, I love these guys they are true professionals and it shows in there work. Also get the full package they do car washing by hand it is convenient and takes about 15-20 minutes but well worth it. I just cant say enough about them. read more

Let me start out by saying, customer service here is top notch. I was going through a weird job situation when I first reached out to Matt for a quote. I wanted to wait till curing was completed in a few days HOWEVER with how hot and humid it is today, I had to send out some appreciation. Let me say, heat humidity and black leather seats HORRIBLE combination. Not today. Today I got in my vehicle and felt like I could have worn shorts without sticking to my seats. 10/10 quality even with moisture still hanging around. My only sad thought, is my super dainty "get off my ass" window decal didn't survive. Gotta mention it's really awesome to see your vehicle being worked on in an Instagram ad. I found Harker Heights Ceramic Coatings to have my all of my cars ceramic coated and a partial 3M Film applied to a Porche Boxter. From start to finish, Matthew went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible for me to service the 5 cars in both Harker Heights and Austin. His attention to detail and ensuring everything is done to perfection is so rare in the service industry lately. All the vehicles looked "like new" after the ceramic coating. The 3M film on the Porche was truly impressive. I and my family were all thrilled with his quality of work. Matt is a joy to interact with and was more than fair in his pricing. When I met Matthew Jones and immediately know from speaking with him, that I could trust him to do the polish and ceramic coating on my dream car, a 1965 vintage Corvette. They did an amazing job and the car is stunning. It's a black car and the gloss of the ceramic coating looks incredibly deep after their work. Matthew is an expert and has your best interests in mind when recommending a product for your particular usage and lifestyle. Beware! Matt and his helper are nice enough guys but his home garage is too small to be running a professional ppf/ceramic business. He has plenty of excuses as I'm sure we'll hear but at the end of the day, he did over twenty-five hundred dollars in damage to my car by letting it roll into his garage door. He damaged the spoiler, rear bumper and he also chipped the paint on one of the new wheels (guessing he dropped a lug on it). I also had to remove the PPF because of the amount of debris under the film along with it lifting on almost every corner, seam, bend, etc. BTW, he only PPF'd the front clip and mirrors. He also ceramic'd the wheels but when I left his shop, it felt like the wheels were going to come off. I took it back and they re-tightened the lugs and it solved the wobble but it never should have happened. He could have caused a major accident due to his negligence. He was also extremely difficult to deal with when trying to get payment for the damage he created. Yes, I'm very particular and would not allow a guy that just damaged my car to keep it and have it repaired himself. It's a very rare car and is an investment car, not a daily driver. Finally, I had HHCC's work evaluated by a reputable ppf/ceramic specialist that does not compete with HHCC and they recommended pulling everything off and questioned if the full ceramic coating had actually been applied. At the end of the day, I didn't pay for the lousy work and I also didn't benefit from any of his work. He painfully finally paid $1,600.00 as settlement towards his damages and I agreed because I could tell he really didn't want to take any financial responsibility. His only concern was getting it fixed as cheaply as possible. Based on my experience with HHCC, take your car somewhere else! read more
