The Detail Shop on South Fraser Way in Abbotsford is 5 Star service all the way. And Justin the Owner/Operator is totally committed to unrelenting customer satisfaction. I took a 2006 Volvo XC90 that had been uncleaned and not maintained for 2 years and Justin and his team restored this vehicle back to life just like magic! The outside algae and foliage was gone, the inside odors and carpet stains disappeared, the leather was restored, and the vehicle's potential was renewed for all to see. I love this place. Prices are reasonable and they always do a great job. But what makes this place stand out is the service. I've always had really friendly service here, and they go above what is asked of them. I found mold in my car and took it in with my Groupon, and he didn't even charge me extra! He said "We try to give our customers the best results with the time we have. Just come back and see us in the future." :) wow, that could have been anywhere from 25-50 bucks extra to remove mold! Phenomenal customer service!!! Jason was extremely helpful and honest. I took my car in because it had some paintball paint on it that needed to be removed, and Jason gave me options such as being able to clean it myself, what I would need and approx cost. Their was no pressure to get the car cleaned by them, given this I decided to go with them to get the car cleaned and detailed. I was quite impressed with the quality of work, and Jason even did free touch ups on my car. I will be returning in the future and have already recommended them to numerous friends. The best of the best of the best! Wish there was 10 stars to give! Jason did a ceramic paint job on my black Ram 1500 and it looks like a million bucks! It's just absolutely over the top beautiful! I can't recommend them enough. Customer service is top notch, too. Got kept up on the progress, the paint was done a day sooner than expected and I got a courtesy car. I had some mold issues inside my car. Justin @ detail shop was able to eradicate the mould and bring my interior and exerior back to like new condition. It was like i was picking up a different vehicle than i dropped off. Reasonably priced, and great customer service. This place has some of the most phenomenal service i've ever received! Jason arranged to pick-up my vehicle at my place of work, did a full inside and outside detail, and had it back at work for me before the end of my shift. I was stunned when I saw that not a speck of dog hair was left embedded in the carpeted areas of my vehicle. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for a detail in the future. Needed some quick help with some interior car cleaning - dairy product spill and the weather for the day was just string to heat up. I looked through YELP to find an auto detailing shop in the area which got me to The Detail Shop. Connected with Jason over the phone and explained the situation. He took care of the rest. Great engagement over the phone, provided a clear explanation of the work required and the estimated costs (which was spot on) and took it over the top by accommodating my schedule by handling the logistics of getting my car and dropping it back after the service. Took my high end Mercedes into this place for there for detailing. I ended up getting the full package. Charged me $300. Car wasn't even completly gone over, missed spots everywhere, the manager jason seemed a little odd Aswell kept giving me the runaround or an excuse. This guy even told me to smoke a joint with him to make up for it! Ended up talking to the owner he was no help either he was rude and told me that "my car was just beyond coming back to perfection" now I understand that it can't come back 100% new but it's a 2012 Mercedes? He continued to be rude and make fun of the situation right in front of me, very unprofessional. this place is just another low end car wash. If you have a high end car don't go here. They obviously rush jobs & don't seem to care read more
