So I called a few Auto Body shops here in Abbotsford trying to find someone who could get me in quickly and didn't get the friendliest of service over the phone. I called Paramount and from the second they answered the phone I knew I was going to choose them, time no longer mattered. Mark made me feel like I had been dealing with them for years! They delt with everything for me, arranged a rental car, and listened when I said I didn't want a van :) I wanted something different then what I drive everyday. My van was ready on time, the workmanship was amazing, and the detail they gave was spectacular!! Got all the dog hair out of the trunk that I never could! Paramount is a great shop, and they do excellent work. Mark and his group are so helpful and very professional in their work. They arranged a very good car for me to borrow while they were working on mine. I work in Abbotsford, and it is also very convenient. You can tell when you go into the office that it is a good place to work. That makes a big difference; it means that they care *** about what they do, and they also care about the work they do on your car, They care about their service to you. I took my Honda CR-V in for repairs after a rear end accident. The repair work was absolutely superb. Mark and his grew not only repaired the rear end damage they cleaned the entire car, cleaned the engine and the inside. The work was so good that I took my daughters 2004 Jetta in to be detailed. This car came out like new. The entire inside including the trunk and the engine were completely shampooed and steam cleaned and they also cut polished the entire car and waxed it as well. You should have more than 5 stars!!! I brought my car in for some cosmetic work and the finished result is second to none. Mark, Kyle, and their team was so warm, friendly, and inviting. We do not see much of that anymore. The work on my vehicle was done to perfection and I am sure that the car even performs better than before I brought it in. I just had my truck repaired here and it was truly a great customer service experience! It's a family business and they were so friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make things as painless as possible. Nobody enjoys getting vehicle repairs, but these guys somehow gave the whole experience a silver lining! They also use genuine replacement parts, not cheap alternatives. i was at a loss when ICBC adjuster asked me to give the name of a shop where he could toe my car.. Looked this one up online and was the best experience. The car was fixed in timely fashion and very good work with warranty. I was able to leave the rental vehicle at there shop for pickup by Herz -so was a drive in and drive out experience. The manager Mark was very professional and helpful. I would recommend this shop to my friends and family. Just a pity ICBC Adjusters are not able to recommend the shop to clients. read more
