I started talking to Sam months ago and he would, out of the kindness of his own heart spend a whole hour on the phone with me patiently answering all my questions on how to polish my airstream when I was planning on doing it myself. At this point he wasn't set to make any money off me and still was very kind. After spending a couple of hours on a high speed makita buffing machine I learned why these guys deserve every dollar they charge. You're nuts if you think you can save money doing it yourself. the safety gear, multiple machines, compounds, pads, acids and strippers all add up and the results of a do it yourselfer never measure up I am highly mechanically inclined and I would 100% recommend you do not polish your own airstream without many hours of supervised hands on training. These guys are animals on these machines and can efficiently polish these trailers safer and faster then anybody else I've come across bite the bullet and hire the best you ab solutely will not be disappointed in your decision.

The car was also 10 years old so getting rid of the dirt from the cracks would be a nice way to start off the year. Emailed Sam and he was quick to email back with a quote and timeline. I would say within 2 days of a response! Who knew that people actually answered their emails? Called up on 1/4 (Monday) and was lucky enough to speak to Cindy, the receptionist. She was sympathetic to my wants. Felt like talking to a friend. I then spoke to her husband who was more than willing to accommodate even with the possibility that my husband might drop off the car and need a ride to work. Decided to drive up the car myself and wait around. On 1/5 (Tuesday), I drove in at 9am to get my car finally cleaned. - - - - - Pros - - - - - - Decent waiting room with table and chairs even an arm chair - Water and coffee. Not the best but they were always offering me coffee and donuts that someone brought in. - Co workers including Sam (the owner) would come in and always say 'Hi' and/or shake my hand - Bathroom was better than expected. - WIFI Overall, I needed to study and was able to be comfortable/felt welcomed enough to study for the 4 hours that I was there. - - - - - Cons - - - - - - Sometimes when the phone rang, a basketball game like buzzer would go off. After the first one, I was immune to it. - - - - - Forewarning - - - - - Location does not provide for walking to any shop or to do some errands on foot but it is an auto shop and the location is sufficient for them so I do not really consider this a con but more a forewarning that people should prepare ahead of time like bring food or something with which to occupy yourself. Now the job. James did an amazing job. - Crevices - Cleaned! I hope to post a picture of my middle console which just had glitter and gunk near the bolts. He cleaned that! Who cleans that? He does! - Carpets - Washed - Door panels - Washed and the wife's owner even noticed that the cloth was coming off so she asked James to fix it. Wow! - Dashboard - Gunk gone. When I ran my finger across the top, it did come up slightly black but I think that was more from the dust in the auto shop. Sounds odd but honestly, the rest of the car was amazing that I didn't mind that. It's an auto shop so a little light dust is nothing. And finally...Price. Nice! Four all the work, done in four hours and for that price? Amazing! James even washed the exterior of my car because he thought why not? He also gave me a quote for the exterior damage should I want to get it fixed. Overall, very satisfied both with customer service and job performance.
