I have lived here for 3 years and have had issues with my ceiling leaking, mold in the bathroom due to no fan and roaches in the hallway of our unit. Also, if your new upstairs neighbors have a toddler they are allowed to stomp around all day long. Our other neighbors never stood in one place and stomped as loud as they could for 3 minutes straight. I called the property about it a few times and the rude property manager told me "it's just normal apartment living". No one should pay over $1,800 a month to live somewhere where you can't even take a nap and your dogs are scared from loud bangs upstairs. To top this all of when they changed out our AC at the beginning off the summer they flung gunk all over the walls and our carpet. They also put in an AC that didn't fit in the wall properly and used no foam to seal the gap. So the first time it rained it poured through the gaps which soaked our entire carpet and my boyfriends gaming set up. They will not offer to replace anything that they've damaged. Beware of this place and I highly recommend for you to move anywhere else.

She made errors in her listing (HOA fee) and then blamed them on her client who is elderly. Her client nearly lost a $5k over asking price sale due to her error. I closed on the sale nine hours ago. Her client has been paid in full via verified bank wire transfer from my attorney and she still refuses to give us access to OUR duly bought and paid for condo! We lost a day of moving waiting on her to give us the keys. Now we have to pay a lock smith tomorrow to break into our new condo so we can meet the movers there and start moving in. This has been a nightmare for all involved including my agent and attorney. They both are trying to jump through hoops for us to get access to the condo. But for some odd reason Shannon refuses to give us the keys. She claims she has to wait for her elderly client to notice the funds in her bank before we can access our condo. The funds were made available over four hours ago and still we wait like we have nothing better to do. She cost us a lot of money, time, energy and effort!
