I decided to try Tangles one day, and was helped by Sam, and I've been a loyal customer ever since. All the women are great, it's a great atmosphere, and as long as my girl Sam does hair, I'll be going to her. In fact, my entire family gets their hair cut there! Unlike many stylists I've gone to, Sam never gets sloppy, always keeps appointments, is always on time, and just does an amazing job. I would refer her to anyone. The prices are extremely reasonable as well. I get my hair done at a fraction of the price I've paid in the city, and the quality is just as good. I have also had up-do's for social functions done by Cuca Ferriera, who is also great. I've had the spray tan services as well, which are flawless every time. Thumbs up for Tangles. A great salon tucked away in our little town. :)

I got my hair done by Sandra and I spent a few hours in the chair but then at the end my hair wasn't like the pictures I showed. My appearance didn't look different from how it was before the appointment much at all. So I went back the next day and showed Elizabeth the pictures and she agreed it wasn't the same as what I ended up with. So then her and Sandra made a plan on how to fix it right then. They were kind about it and said it would be fixed free of charge. Then within the same week Sandra was able to get me in again and correct the mistake and my hair looks just how I wanted it to. And they even gave me a bottle of the heat protectant that I was asking about. I really appreciate how professional they were in fixing a mistake and they were kind about it as well.
