I FINALLY found someone i like! Someone who does a GREAT job. Kristina is nice, accommodating, and super helpful. She does nails better than anyone i have found. I have been trying "chop shop" after "chop shop" hoping to find someone i'm willing to make an appointment with. I have even had a couple people do a good job ONCE. invariably the second time i go to them they screw something up (Bellasio actually left BLUE all around the edges when they re-did my nails to clear polish!) Never again! Kristina actually knows what she is doing and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and get what you need. i am a horrible "picker" and she actually has them in good shape now. i don't love acrylics, but i need them. she took the time to file them thin, so they dont look or feel as fake, and the aren't stuck to my skin when i walk out. such a relief. She even chose this beautiful purple that i LOVE. (lighting is a little dark, but trust me, it is beautiful. :-) and they are short because i need them that way.) Well I was excited to get my hair done and put some more blonde highlights in, I wanted boliage I had already had blonde highlights. After four hours of sitting under hair dye asle washed out the die what seemed very early just to add more die and highlighter on the top. Long story short once she cut my hair after the dye and blow dried it I asked her to put it straight like I normally wear it so I can actually see the color job. As I looked I expressed my dissatisfaction I could not tell any difference in my hair color from before to after. She promised to fix my hair in two weeks for free. After charging me full price. Aysle did a marvelous job of coloring, cutting and styling my hair. She is very professional yet friendly and knows her trade well. I wanted a complete makeover of my hair, and Aysle delivered. I went into my appt and met with her and we hit it off, then come to find out she has been doing my computer workers hair for 10 years, and I LOVE her hair! First time here and Alex did an excellent job by living my hair soft and smooth. She even up my hair color to a full look. When i first walked in my hair had 5 different colors and felt it was falling apart from the bleach of my past experience. I couldn't be happier that I try this new place . Im not going to lie that at first I was afraid to try a new place but I ended up loving it. I was there about 4 hours total but it was worth the wait. Alex always does a great job when I come in. I always get compliments after she cuts my hair.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. I went in for a haircut, and dye with lowlights. I wanted my hair black with caramel lowlights, and specifically said the lowlights should only be on the bottom of my hair and that they should be similar to my natural hair color. 4 hours later the only highlight I have is nearly blonde, and right on top of my head. I asked for medium thickness, and it's insanely thin. I'm not sure how she managed to make them so light, as its way lighter then my natural hair color. As for the deep black I asked for, I've managed to get darker with a box from Walgreens. So, $133 dollars later I had an average, great clips quality hair cut with an even worse dye job. But while my hair wasn't black, for the next few days my arms, forehead, and even nipple were pure black. She spilled so much dye, it soaked through the smock, my shirt, my bralette and my bra. When she washed out the dye from my hair, she roughly scrubbed my neck for about a half hour, and it fricken hurt. I wonder how much dye was there beforehand. When I called to complain, whoever answered the phone was agitated and rude, and said the only person I could complain to was the hairstylist herself. After saying I had $100 in ruined clothes and a black nipple, all she said was "yeah, you must have moved. That's a bummer" No. I did not move. I especially didn't move enough for that to happen, nor in such a specific way that it missed my shoulders and the rest of my chest. I will never be going back, especially not to Juvi. read more

This review is for Whitney, the esthetician at Savvy Salon & Spa. I actually met Whitney at another salon and followed to her new place. I have to say she is awesome. Not only is she really gentle but she does a great face wax. My skin is super sensitive and I have never left with any type of redness or irritation after she did a waxing for me. I have also had facials done by Whitney and I have never left unpleased. I love that she always has monthly and seasonal deals for her waxing and facials and she even came in on her day off to fit me in for a last minute appointment. Whitney ROCKS!! read more

I love Juvi at Savvy Salon! I have thick curly hair and I know that it is a struggle to cut. And I can tell afterwards who can handle it and who can't. Juvi definitely can! She spends a lot of time on my hair to make sure my layers and cut are perfect. And then she always styles my hair so beautifully afterwards. I always ask her opinion on whether I need color again and she always says it still looks good! I love this salon and MacKensie! The salon is very clean and spacious with a very upbeat atmosphere. It's obvious that all of the ladies are enthusiastic about their jobs and have great working relationships with all salon staff. They're respectful, professional and genuinely care about each other. That's very difficult to find in many other salons in the area. I can only describe MacKensie as a true artist that goes the extra mile for all her clients. The extra training courses she attends regularly ensure she's up-to-date on all the latest trends and products. She takes time to really listen to what her customers want, solely focuses on the client for the entire appointment and doesn't believe in cutting corners or double booking. Amazingly enough, her rates are EXTREMELY affordable, even though I'm confident she could be charging more and it'd be worth it. Her schedule is accommodating for evening and weekend appointments, too! That just goes to show that she's truly found her calling, and as a bonus, she makes a living doing what she loves. read more

I had the best hair salon experience I've ever had. I'm very very picky and when I walked out of this salon I knew I will never go any where else. Juvi styled my long uneven ugly hair and made it into the most beautiful style I've ever had. I even got in the same day, she actually made time for me because of an event I'm attending. I showed Juvi a picture of how I wanted my hair cut, she does amazing work and I was out the door within an hour. If I could give this review more star's I would because this was money worth spending. I was even thinking about highlights and instead of taking my money she actually said I had beautiful color and its up to me to get color done but I really didn't need it. That right there meant that she wasn't in this business to take money when services aren't needed. She actually loves making people feel beautiful without pushing for more products.
