While enjoying my Panda Express I have witnessed many kids walk in and purchase items. I've even seen a kid no more than 10 inside the store on a scooter. I did see a car full of teens change their minds after noticing me watching the happenings inside this establishment. My "you probably want to rethink that" face probably discouraged them. Parking is great, they feel that even though the parking lot is for all stores they get to reserve spots in front as well as threaten towing anyone who dares park there and not buy from them.
