I found this place is close to my work. So I started going here after work, on my way home. The employees are very friendly and cheery everytime I go in there. They have good selection of product. I rarely wait if I don't do a pre-order. The longest I have waited was about 30 minutes and they were busy. I would recommend this location for all your medical cannabis needs. read more

at this point it is obviously a management issue with yhis location.. they have been in business for many a number of years.. and still conduct business.. like tjey dont kno there own sales history.. they are always under staffed.. even on holidays and ther most busiest days. which is Fridays.. .. .. and and employees feel the need to respond when you tell them the company sucks... trying to get customers kicked out.. rather then speed up the process.. ... beyond hello woodbridge is the worst location of the chain... and the fact that e s customers can't check out gram limit or item limit.. on the web site.. is also unacceptable at this point also.. and sorry fat fingers lil phone.. lol read more

Beyond Hello is the ONLY dispensary available in my "region", and so I'm stuck with them for product. Their flower is probably the worst I've ever had, it's SO dry and stale. I have visited two different companies in D.C., and was TRULY impressed by the quality of their products. Customer service is exceptional. Facility is well kept. Products are high quality; delivery is easy to set up and very reliable.

Let's see. The bud thy sell is dried out and stale. It is not fresh it is clearly stale. They ask you to place an order online th come to pick it up. I would place an order the night before and would be sent an email that it was ready. They are never ready, I constantly sit for about 20-30 minutes while watching people come in after me and get their order and walk out. When I ask about this issue I'm shut down and they rudely respond that I have a problem and it's my fault. The place is not fair they clearly take care of their friends border anyone else. I'm literally sitting here watching the person at the register go through the orders cherry pick their friends and call people who are walking in after me. All the mean while sitting here quite waiting my turn. Wtf! read more

FRAUDULENT COMPANY SO BEWARE!!!! The delivery drivers are supposed to give you change back each time when you use debit. Only one ever did & the other man that delivers must either be pocketing the money or the company is. I have received a veterans discount as the wife of a veteran with an active & valid military id as their website states very clearly. The Woodbridge,VA location decided they weren't going to honor that but were instead going to charge me full price without any explanation on 8/11/25. I called immediately & was told it was being looked in to, I sent my online receipt & the receipt from the deliver via email to the person Brian that requested it. Then after it was received by Brian & was "being looked in to" Brian became a ghost. I emailed again for a status on 8/18/25 & received no response so I emailed again today 8/282/25. I was sent an email that said a pharmacist told this person that they reached out and told me that it was due to them not honoring the veterans discount. That was a lie and I have emails & phone records to prove it. I was then told I would be contacted by the pharmacist. The pharmacist calls me & tells me that as a spouse with a valid military id I don't qualify. I tell him that the website says it just has to be a valid id which I have. He told me I was looking for a loophole. I said I'm not but I have never had this issue with ANY other company & my id. He laughed at me multiple times & said look you've already been talked to about this and I cut him off & said actually today is the first time this has been an issue. He again laughed at me & said I was told someone talked to you & I tend to believe them. So in summary they have stolen money from me with every delivery except 2 when the female driver came. They overcharged me & the pharmacist is either very rude or heavily sampling the products. Either way go here for overpriced mediocre product at your own risk. read more

Weak overpriced product. Be warned of sales because it most likely at the end of it shelf life. Nice facility, clean well placed. They hold a monopoly on cannabis so they can charge outrageous pric3s. You can find it on the street way cheaper. And the tipping is crazy , they grab a bag hand it to you and want a $10+ tip. This dispensary has to improve on its amount of workers who can ring people out, as well as their customer service. I have years in the legal cannabis industry and you guys are so far off the mark for customer service, knowledge, and staffing it's shameful. They have great prices and good stuff. Super friendly staff! Just wish they would display more product and lighten up the waiting area. I get it's medical but do we have to feel like we are in a free clinic lol. I have been to so dispensaries from Cali to Ny all the way to Florida. I would suggest this place to many. Just let them know it's like a hospital lol it's not like your normal colorful dispensaries. read more

i went to the Woodbridge location for my first time today. The staff was wonderful... from the very kind man that we met in the lobby to the super kind and helpful gal inside at the register. You continue to disappoint me at every turn, my wife and I just left your dispensary. We found it to be packed with the patients standing room only only one person at the register and every customer that walked up to the customer make a payment. She was asking for tips from other people. She had a big tip cup sitting right there on the counter. Why am I so why am I supposed to subsidize your employees income with tips? Don't you pay these people enough but that' is beside the point that I'm trying to make... your dispensary from my freight vanish point is run efficiently. I prefer to use the Manassas office and I will no longer return it. Spend my money here. Your marijuana products are excellent, but your customer service is pissed. Poor at best. I am not returning to this location and I suggest anyone who reads this review, go to Manassas go to Sterling go to Arlington go any place else but here. read more

everytime we come here, we wait an hour at least. TODAY. IT was two hours. i understand there was an incident that happened that may have set some things back. But why is there ONE person here. i placed an order saying it would be ready from 11-12. we arrive at 11:10?? It then said it wouldn't be done until noon. so we cancelled it and walked in. here it is 1:04 and still waiting for just three or four things and it's taken THIS long.????? read more

This Location suffers from lack of employees, especially on the weekends. Expect AT LEAST an HOUR wait, even if you show up when they open on Saturday or Sunday. Huge issues here with Consistency. read more

We were going to the store in Fairfax when we were passing by and saw that this store was going to be opening in mid to late August. The staff here are incredible. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If anyone needs assistance in the ordering process, the staff is available to assist. The pharmacists are also very knowledgeable and helpful. If you want great cannabis products at a reasonable price, this should become your go to store. Hope to see you soon. read more
