As locals, we've visited quite a few restaurants in the area, and this one truly stands out. First, Sandy provided excellent service -- friendly, attentive, and made our entire experience even better. We had the Starliner, and the flavor was outstanding! The gravy was easily some of the best we've had -- rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We also tried the Lighter Selection dinner, featuring their famous Brussels sprouts tossed in hot honey and voodoo sauce, paired with blackened shrimp and green beans. WOW! Completely out of this world. The combination of sweet, spicy, smoky flavors was incredible. And then there's the tap selection! We have honestly never seen anything quite like it. They even had ACE Pineapple, Pear AND Peach -- I would go back just for that! We didn't have room for dessert this time, but that just gives us another reason to return soon. I was expressing my concern that there was no open seating out front and that we wanted to try the bar and just stay there but another short male bartender told us to "get the f*** out, it's a paid show" Tonight has completely changed my mind on the professionalism and overall vibe of the place. I will be letting other people know what was experienced tonight and the astronomical "cover fee" to see a band we have no interest in at all. It's a Saturday and this establishment is limiting its clientele to kids who will pay $35 a head to see a simple band, also this establishment will NOT accommodate disabilities or care you're a regular, be warned.
