I made an appointment to utilize this facility for my uncontested divorce papers. I was very skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews but I decided to use them anyway. Let's just say I'm happy I did. From the second I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I addressed my fears about the reviews I had read on here and she reassured me that they will do everything for me. I haven't received my completed paperwork back just yet (it's only been 4 days) but when I do I will make sure to add to this. So far I am pleased with their professionalism and quick responses. Here's my update! This office got all of my paperwork submitted exactly when they said they would and 4 months later the receptionist called me to tell me my divorce was finalized!! I've contracted their NY services for my divorce, and when I went to file documents at the courthouse, there were some corrections that has to be done, I've called and the lady on the phone was so rude at me since the beginning, didn't wanted to listen what I had to say, pointing at me all the time, and besides the fact that had an actitudes on me, she also hung up the phone because she didn't wanted to listen anything I had to say. read more

They walk you through step-by-step, explain the process and keep you informed the whole way through. They are always available by phone. They go way above and beyond. With their Divorce By Mail option, you literally could work through your whole divorce and paperwork right from the comfort of your very own home. They send you all the paperwork you need. Here's the most amazing part: You usually hear of divorces taking forever to be finalized. Sometimes longer than a year or more! Divorce is hard enough but the employees working in this place don't make things any easier. The attitudes of the 3 women that work in this place is very nasty. When you walk into the place they give you this stare down like - what do you want. Don't have the nerve to ask a question these women answer in the nastiest tone of voice. They are very confrontational. They don't greet you or say their names, don't smile, maybe it's from working with divorce all the time that effect them like this. My spouse and I choose this place because we came to our own agreement and needed a cost effective divorce process. We showed up together on both occasion that we visited the office. I guess you get what you pay for obviously they discounted the professionalism and courtesy. I did observe when speaking in Spanish they seem to be more well mannered. English speakers buyer beware if you can avoid this location that's probably best. read more

The paperwork they gave me to file was old and outdated and added an additional 3 to 6 months plus time and money redoing the paperwork which they take no responsibility for. If you are going to use this company make sure to check that the paperwork you file is recent and updated. read more

There are NO LAWYERS that work there, which means: This place is the foundation of a divorce nightmare. They will mess up any paperwork they create for you. And the messups will be stupid things, like captions or incorrectly worded paragraphs that the court will force you to spell out, and then go and get notorized with your estranged spouse. Who hates you. There is nothing they will do except charge you money and waste your time. Im leaving negative rating because they left me high and dry. I contacted Divorce Center to help me with my divorce and they reassured me that I won't have any issue with a previously filed divorce by my spouse. After serving my spouse with the papers they provide, the attorney contacted me to let me know I wasted my time because my spouse index number is still valid and supersedes mine. I reached out for a refund of my fees because they misguided me and they stop responding to my emails and don't return my calls. I now have to pay another law firm to assist me in getting my money back. Shame on you!!! read more

I saw a bulletin in Queens NY and I knew they were the company I needed. I did my own divorce years ago, however so many laws have been changed and added. Nothing but lies. They don't assist you with anything except copy and paste your name on their standard forms. They don't make call to give you an update or even to let you know if you made a mistake or if something is missing. UNACCEPTABLE AND NEED IMPROVEMENT. Not everyone but some are rude and soes not want to assist. Why should they, after they collect your money already. GOOD TO HELP OTHERS BUT NEED IMPROVEMENT. They are not kind. Very systematic and people there are like robot. Don't even answer my questions right. (Don't they know for many of us this is our first time to get divorce?) this place is like a fast food service. They will give you a phone number that you are supposed to call after paying and becoming their client but those phone numbers will never work. Use the one listed on google map. When it comes to paperwork and instruction we had no issues so far and people we have met in the office were really nice, but people on the phone were so rude. If you tell us to call and ask for an update in mid June and we do so, there is no need to be rude like a person that answered the phone today. read more
