They had to lean into the pastor to read their vows. This doesn't look good in photos. 2. They cut the father daughter dance from a 6-minute song to a 2 minute portion of that song. They stated that the bride signal to them to cut it. The dance was recorded and that "signal" did not ever happen. 3. The playlist of the evening was not played in order. 4. The DJ at all times was very hard to understand. The bride and groom did not know what to do when the announcements were happening because of this. I did reach out to A Music plus and spoke with Trinity about all of this and I have asked for a partial refund due to all of this but I am now being ignored and are failing to even respond to emails. Bribe, groom, and other remaining younger guest...those who closed out the event...kept the last driver waiting a bit. Glad to see that he was patient and understanding about it. Only snafu appeared to be that the air conditioner on the bus to the venue was not working. Other than that, I understand all guests enjoyed the bus rides. I would use this vendor again.

It was important to us to find a "non-cheesy" DJ that really "got us." And that's what we found with Eric. He was recommended by our photographer, and our photographer also "got us," so his referral was taken to heart. I took pride in finding the best vendors for my husband and I's special day because I feel like the team around you really make your day as special as you envision. When we talked to Eric initially and we said our few key words and artists we liked, he expressed the same interest, so I knew this would be a great fit. I just felt he was easy going and ultimately wanted to do what we wanted to do, still giving some good suggestions based on our interests. The planning process was so easy with Eric and he went above and beyond with figuring out set up at our venue that wasn't as straight forward as plugging into a hotel ballroom - we had outdoor and indoor set up and everything went off without a hitch. As requested, he did a few standard announcements but essentially just played great music that appealed to all my guests from beginning to end -- all the way from toddlers to tweens to parents and grandparents. It was just a FUN TIME! I highly recommend Eric to any couple for weddings, but I also know he would do a great job for any event where good music should be played.
