Terrible customer service. Irregular office hours. They don't always answer the phone. Inconsistent pricing. We had a terrible experience here. We want to The Doctors to get an ESA letter for my wife and our dog. First of all, it was a nightmare trying to get a hold of anyone. Then, they were closed when they were supposed to be open. Eventually we had to go to the OTHER location. When we got there they tried to change the price on us. The receptionist had to "call" someone and confirm the price. Then, when all was said and done, we still haven't received everything we paid for. We paid for the letter (which we got), but never received the ESA card, which they said they would "mail to us." That we paid extra for. When we called and asked they said they had no record of us paying for it (even though our invoice shows a higher payment amount than the price they quoted us), and there's no line item on the invoice for the ESA card. We honestly feel like we got ripped off. I'd love to talk to someone in "management" to get this sorted out, but (as mentioned) they're never open, and they don't answer their phones. read more

SKETCHY BAIT & SWITCH! These folks advertise a $25 renewal. When it's all said and done and you're ready to pay for your paperwork the guy gives you some BS about how that price expired "yesterday" and now it's $40. When you give him push-back he decides he'll make an exception and give you a deal at $30. He'll do this every single time, same load of crap routine no matter when you go. I called the number on their business license and spoke to a guy called Jack who gave me a completely different line about why they don't honor their ad, in addition to a sob story about paying their staff and bills and doctors - none of which addresses or excuses their shady practice. I realize the owners don't care about my one little review, but I can only guess that if even half the people who get this treatment leave without paying, as I did, after getting the bait and switch, Jack might consider changing the hella dodgy song and dance regarding their ad. If they'd been on the up and up from the beginning, I'd have happily paid the $40 and called it a day. Instead I wasted their time and resources and took my cash elsewhere. read more

The worst bait and switch ever. I had got my recommendation last year from this location. They sent me a text yesterday reminding me to renew my rec (as it expired on 4/27) and the renewal would be $30 and to make sure I mention Jane for no waiting. Well I came in today (4/28) and waited at the window for a solid 6 minutes before the receptionist (who was chatting with the "doctor") to even turn and say anything to me. Before I could mention my renewal she said sign in and wait. Another 10 minutes goes by and she calls me up. I actually had a renewal coupon for $25 (which was 5 less than the text they sent) so I handed it to her with my old rec. She said it would be $10 more because my rec was expired. Total scam. you have 30 days from your rec expiring to get a renewal. Who would get their rec renewed when it hasn't expired. I then mentioned the $30 renewal that was in the text. She said it would still be an extra $10 on top of it. This is bait and switch at its finest. If you feel like being scammed, having someone take your money, or love being ripped off than you should totally visit The Doctor's read more

This place is HORRIBLE. First off, their website, street sign, and inside all say different prices. THERE IS A REASON FOR THIS! After asking them on facebook why I was charged $60 after it CLEARLY says a different price on the website they said and I quote "closed mouth doesn't get fed when you come to get your food" HORRENDOUS place. The guy who wrote a review before me was SPOT ON. These guys are money hungry a-holes and are the type of people who need to be put on blast and removed from the cannabis industry. I came here after going to my "former usual renewal spot" who started falsly advertising one fee, then "requring" you pay for the card and charging another fee once you got there. My problem with that was, if you "require" that the card come with the evaluation and certificate, then build it into the price, don't add it on as a surprise fee after it's all said and done! Back to this place, they advertise their prices honestly and straightforward online, the card was separate (for now) and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The guy in the front was so sweet and helpful, not impolite and unhelpful! My physician was Theodore Schlater M.D. He was so kind and didn't just ask me questions and checked off everything without even looking at me! Spend like 10 min with him! I was pretty happy with service to get my initial recommendation but follow up service was rude and a SCAM. I lost my paper and they want to charge me $20 for a reprint... almost the same price as my renewal recommendation in the first place. $20 for a printed piece of paper? Also they wouldn't help me look up my recommendation record for confirmation from the dispensary. Forced me to come in and buy the $20 printout.
